This place is always dirty the bathroom and they never have soap to wash your hands!!! Some of the lab ladies are friendly, but others are extremely rude and are too lazy to send the results to different specialists. They also lose the samples and they even gave my blood sample a different name!!! Masks should be mandatory in this place because the place is very small.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! Firstly would like to add that the people who draw blood here always leave me bruised, I never have this problem anywhere else. The wait times are long, and the staff is rude. My mother and I come here to get bloodwork done and unfortunately it’s the only one that’s close enough to us. Everytime I get bloodwork done, they never send my labs to the doctor!!! I have to call and remind them. Not only that, but they never answer the phone. Horrible customer service. Terrible establishment.

I am so happy with my experience here when I took my 1 year old baby for blood work. I was so nervous because she needed a lot of blood drawn for several tests. The two women that work there did an amazing job. They were great with my baby, and were quick with the blood drawing. Overall a really great experience.

Am going to say you don't have to pay for parking and she was working alone but she found my vien and it didn't hurt am happy for that and it wasn't packed and did have a sign in sheet and she did cross out the ones she did her work on.

I like it and I don't... because the lady who works there I don't know her name but she is already old and has a very ugly manner!! And to work in these places you need someone nice not like her.

I had to take my daughter to get her blood drawn and I arrived at 8 and they arrived at 9.30' and it took them 1 hour to draw her blood and they couldn't find her veins of the 3 people who are there, they are not professionals and it is clear that they are practitioners, the truth is that it sucks me Disappointed with the place and they stung her too many times and they couldn't draw the blood. She spent an hour or so stinging her as if they didn't tempt their hearts to do that, bad practice.

you can not make an appointment and you will have to wait a few hours to get tested or get results, although in other clinics it will take 5 minutes. this is the worst place I’ve ever seen!

Unprofessional, the staff doesn’t know how to do their job at all. Needed blood work done prior to have a produce done and they didn’t do it correctly. I had my procedure cancelled because on top of the not testing for what was needed they send the results to the wrong doctor. I had been waiting almost an entire year to have my procedure done! The place to horrible! Not problem solvers, not experienced, can never find the right code for tests required.

Worst place to be in, they couldn't find my vein and it takes about an hour for the patient to draw out the blood. They poked me many times and couldn't find anything. They left me all traumatized. We were there since 8 and they called us in at 9 and we left around 10:40. I dont recommend this place to get your blood taken out. The people there didnt know what were they doing! - 2/11/2023

Mask is mandatory in 2023 and they don't provide a mask either. Go downstairs for a small fee. FL also doesn't provide school notes.

Mehran is an amazing phlebotomist. Getting bloodwork done is often quite challenging for me as I have tiny veins, but she does such a thorough job and is so patient and pleasant.
