The truth is very bad Service whenever I arrive at that store the guys who serve there always act like
In a bad mood there is one with curly hair, he is very pedantic, one talks to him and acts like he doesn't listen to the truth. I always shop there because it is the store that is closest to my work, but I always leave disappointed with the service.
Last time I was served by a lady who was last week and she is the only one I felt comfortable with in the store today I went to buy some tennis shoes for a child and the
The person who served me almost ignored me the entire time and when I asked about shoe sizes he attended me reluctantly. I work for costumer services and that attitude is not fair to the client because we eat for the client.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! SALES ARE A LIE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!I came here with my boyfriend to get walking shoes and this place is a complete rip off. They had shoes advertised for $65 but when we checked out they tried to charge us $130. When I pointed out the sale and she even went to go get the shoe that had the sales price on it but the store manager absolutely refused to honor the price. The store manager (in red) was so smug and rude too, I’m shocked she even made it as far as she did with such a nasty attitude. Save your TIME and MONEY and go literally anywhere else!! Not worth the rip off and the bad company.

I'm very disappointed I just ordered online a pair of shoes Nike Air Max 270 and The sneakers are dirty and used. They don't even have the label and I pay for this $120 plus tax.

Walked in with a solid intention of buying 3 pairs of shoes for me and my daugther. They had them surprisingly. I stood there like an idiot waiting for somebody to even acknowledge me. NOTHINGguess they didn't want my money I could of walked out with merchandise and they wouldn't even know.I went 3 stores down to a little store that looks like a pops and mom place.They were awesome. Sucks to be you FinishLine. Hope the DM sees this

Terrible customer service, they will sell you defective shoes and refuse to return them because they "won't be in sellable condition". You shouldn't return a defective shoe and try to sell it to a customer again idiot. Not tripping Over $150 Finish line is just a trash a** store.

I was able to pick up a pair of Jordan retros here recently which are like unicorns these days. The store is on the smaller side, but the team here is always good to me and today that was Felix. Keep up the good work!

Well this store was dope till they f***** me out of my yeezy 350 dazzeling blue. Said they didn't get there shipment and they would call me when it came in. Days past no calls and not until I call them they say they sold my size already. So I lost points and they screwed me out of my shoes. Shady Bastards, these crooked back door shoe stores lately are unbelievable!!! I hope Susie wasn't apart of this b******* cause she's brilliant. The male manager and his other employees are shady as f******* Reminds me of another store ... JD SPORTS in northridge mall. WORST STORE EVER WITH THERE BACKDOOR B***********
