Very friendly and welcoming staff. They were super helpful in putting the clothes I wanted to hold onto towards the front and bringing items to the fitting room ahead of time so I didn't have to carry alot of clothes around. Also felt like a baddie in one of their dresses

I have been here since December 2023 and this place has changed my entire closet. After a divorce and raising two sons I needed to get into my soft girl Era and the clothing and service and support of these women here have helped me cross that bridge. Thank you ladies for being phenomenal representative of what the culture of fashion should be. Empowering!!!! Until next Saturday ?

First off the place is a dump.. the clothes are a mess and it's completed unorganized and dirty. The quality of the clothes are so cheap... nothing like what is online. I drove from a long distance to make a return and the service was 1 star.. the manager had no customer service and was not very accommodating. I will NEVER come back and this entire experience makes me NEVER want to give Fashion Nova another dime!

Not sure why this place is still open. Everything was like $5. Not a lot of the same pieces. Found a pair of jeans I love but they didn't have a button so. I didn't get them. Idk why there where even on sell. So yeah this is like a clearance store.
