I was in need of a change, so I went here for a haircut due to the reviews. Huge mistake. First off, as soon as I was seated in the chair, the lady put the same cloth used on the previous client on me. I had to tell her I was itchy and only then did she get a clean cloth to cover me. I had another man's hair in my clothes, gross and so itchy. Then the lady did not take the time for me to tell her what I wanted before cutting. She was snipping away as I told her what I wanted. She told me my hair will swoop to the side, I had to tell her no, I do middle parts, I need my bangs to be even (I already described what I wanted before she told me this). The bangs framing my face are 2 completely different lengths. While combing my hair, she did not comb out the knots completely but cut them off. I also have a random short hair sticking out... my hair was long and one length so I know this lady butchered my hair. She also made comments about me having thin hair... completely unnecessary. Save your hair, Do not go here. Doing my best to stay calm as it took me years to get my hair to one length just for this lady to ruin it.

This is not my first time here with Ann. I would say she is one of the best hair dresser I went, compare to before. First time I was hesitated, but when I read all the comment and gave it a try at first. I was not disappointed. Ann know exactly what she's doing when you gives her a style and the idea of how you want your hair be. She prefer by appointment only so if you are going there for the first time please text her. Today I went in with my mom, she loved her work from the first time she have a hair cut with Ann. My mom always get the usual cut but I always changed up because I want something new every time and again never disappointed. I highly recommend.

I am new to the valley & have always had my hair cut by my sister so it took me a while to find a place I was comfortable with. After reading these reviews, I knew that Ana would be the right person to cut my hair. She was busy but tried to accommodate for me & still made time for my cut. She was so kind, and we shared our experiences as parents since my 6 month old tagged along. She did a very quick cut, but was very thorough and made sure it was perfect. Thank you so much for making me feel confident for the first time after having my baby. I am definitely coming back here and urge you to try this salon! Good prices too!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had THE worst hair salon experience here a few weeks ago. I had to get myself together in order to write this review. I went in for a TRIM and left with half of my hair length gone. The lady (I didn't get her name- older Asian lady) kept snipping a little at a time so I didn't even notice until she was done. She thinned it out so much too. When I went to get it fixed elsewhere a few weeks after the stylist said it was so badly cut we could only even it out a bit since I didn't want to lose more length. Also, they were busy- I was the second person waiting. They finally put me in a chair and someone she got started on me, but kept going back to the other person. Also, she didn't wash/wet my hair to cut it. Just sprayed the ends with a little water. I have/had a lot of hair and it's wavy so I don't know how she was cutting evenly. Just stay away. If you have little to no hair, an easy cut or style head to this place. If you want an actual hair cut or style steer clear of this place.

I love coming to Anne. She knows how to cut my hair and really takes her time. She's definitely a perfectionist. She's very Knowledgeable about hair and gives great suggestions even I ask her for tips. She makes time even on her busiest week and for that I'm grateful. Also she's honest, which is important when it comes to trusting your hairstylist. Check her out!!

Been going here for years now after i had a bad experience with my other salons. Best one out there and the prices are good. The owner is super nice and professional
