Dorose was the go-to place for candy, snacks, baseball cards, and Mad Magazine when I lived in the area as a youngster in the late 1950's thru the 60's. Great prices and friendly people. Great memories and glad to see it's still open after all these years.

I Overpaid for a tiny 10 pack fireball, I stopped here because it was convenient and close to my house.. but never again... I could of bought this anywhere else like BEVMO for like 10 dollars but I payed over 10 dollars more because I had no clue of the actual cost since I have never bought them but I decided to look it up after my purchase and realize I got crazy finessed!!!!MY MISTAKE BUT STOP OVER CHARGING PEOPLE... we stop here for convenience not to get over CHARGED I DONT NOT RECOMMEND.

Came to grab a six pack . Owner came out his secret back room with no mask . By the time I got to the register he still had no mask . I pointed it out to him but he was like , whatever and eye-roll so I left the beer and went over to 7-Eleven across the street. I try to support small business who care about their customers. This guy doesn’t .

Came to give my business to this small local liquor store thinking they are struggling right now with the pandemic . Not this guy. He has a sign at the door requiring a mask to shop but he came out from behind his secret room without a mask. I got my stuff and went to pay thinking he was gonna grab it in the meantime but no. He just stood there. I walked away without buying and crossed to 7/11.

The guy in this store is really rude. I asked why he wasn't wearing a mask and he said maybe tomorrow, I'm working. There are no prices posted so I had to ask the price for two items and says they are the same price. So asked again, how much for the item. I had to go back inside to get my receipt. I forgot how rude they were the other times I was there. I have a feeling they don't like Americans. Had that vibe before. Never going back for health reasons as well as being insulted when I'm making a $40.00 purchase. Go to 7 Eleven. They are right across the street and they actually have parking.

The service here was amazing. I got exactly what I needed. Friendly customer service. You can really tell that the store is run by a family because they make you feel at home. Everything is conveniently placed and organized really well so you don't have to spend too much time finding what you need. Overall a great store.

Up until today i used to buy from this dump. Today the owner stole my change and refused to look at the video which proves he owes me money. Ive been going to that store before they owned it. For over 12 years. And his wife accused me of using a debit card that wasnt mine. They stereotype their customers, they steal from them and accuse them of criminal offenses they haven't committed. And the people they accuse are only Americans from what I have experienced and witnessed.

Really bad service, cashier is really rude. Was shopping at that place for few months because that store is one block away from my house. They never charged me for using debit card. Well things changed I guess, the guy "Mohammed" not only charged me .50 cents for using debit card plus he charged me 50 for the little bag and I bought $35 worth of staff. Well 10 meters from that liquor store is 7/11, from now on I'm doing my shopping there.
