im from New York and get my hair done. I only spend about $40 for a wash and set. this place charged me $120 just to wash my hair and do rollers. unbelievable, they didn't even have a menu up so I can see the prices. they played me real good...

Would not recommend. Over the phone I was quoted $85 by telling her the length of my hair. The day of my appointment I was charged $100 as she said she washed it roller set it and deep conditioned it( which is a standard Dominican blowout) I was annoyed but figured this is the closest Dominican Salon to my house, so OK. The next time I went back the price went up $20, once it was time to pay, she didn't say anything to me and charged my card. The quality isn't even that good I have been to other states where they charge way less and do a more professional job. I will never go back to this location again

The actual services were great - took my mom for a cut, wash, treatment and roots. The owner gave me a price over the phone and later when it was time to pay, she gave me a much higher price than we'd discussed. When I tried to remind her of our agreement she said I must have misunderstood her and swiped my card without another word. The experience was very uncomfortable in front of a salon full of her patrons. I've yet to receive a call from her to clear things up or attempt to salvage two clients. Very important to get things in writing.

AWFUL!!! after i got my treatment i was having breakage and i was found with lice in my hair shortly after visiting this hair salon, and i was charged 130 dollars. this treatment made my hair damaged, and the customer service was awful. expensive, poor communication, and damaged my hair. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

I have been going to this shop for 2 years! I am so happy I found Catalina. She told me to trust her with my hair and I AM SO GLAD I DID! Jalisa is who does my silk press and she got GROWING HANDS! Amazing!! I literally love this family always good vibes! And you can feel Catalina is the mama bear in the shop to everyone. ~Bria

The salon owner was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable!! Had a 10/10 experience. Walked in lowkey hating my hair but Ms Catalina fixed me right up and I left loving my curly hair again. The other girls in the salon were fine as well, they were just a little ... anyways just glad to find someone who understand curly hair !! Will be going back!

I've been going to this salon for a couple of years and I love it! I like to go there first thing in the morning because they do get busy. I've gotten everything from hair cut to highlights to gettin my hair straightened. I feel like she cares about the health of my hair and well as will let me try new things. She's affordable and there is always parking spots available which is so great! Love the customer service from offering me coffee to pin curling my hair when I have events. I'll be a king time customer for sure.

I was so excited to have found a Dominican Salon close to my house and was looking forward to being a consistent client. Catalina saw my hair and we both agreed on a texturizer and cutting my ends. I have medium-length hair, 3 inches past my shoulder. We discussed prices, I thought it was a bit high but decided to do it. She did the treatment, then rollers and blow-dried my hair. Next, she continued to cut my hair. When she told me she was done, I looked myself in the mirror one side was significantly shorter than the other (like 2 inches). She continued to try to even up the sides, I told her it was fine. It was supposed to be the ends, she must have cut 4-5 inches. I was able to access the damage when I got home. My hair felt so rough and I had like 2 inches left all around the front of my face and a lot of breakage on the top. It's been a month I have still been losing so much hair every time I wash it, and my hair feels fried. This has been the worst hair experience of my life. Always loved Dominican salons and never had a bad experience. Don't use this salon, save your hair.

Visited based on a friend referral. Very glad that I did. I came in at 10 am and was out by 12pm. Come early! At 11 the shop started filling up. Got a wash, deep condition with heat, and blow out with flat iron. Total was $100 plus tip. Only wanted to spend $80 BUT to be fit in the same week and only take two hours, the cost is worth the work being done. It is in a shopping center with limited parking. Come early.

Such a great experience! The last time I was able to get a Dominican blow out was when I was visiting New York. To know that now I have that close to home is amazing. They are so respectful and give such great service.
