As a customer you should have the right to know why there was a huge increase on one car specifically. As a broker and business how are you going to get all sassy and go in circles? If I don't understand/ need clarification on something I should be able to ask for it. Talking to them felt like I was in a toxic relationship lol talking over each other and him saying I'm putting words in his mouth. I was literally repeating what he was telling me without the "insurance terms" in need of clarification. At the end of the call we asked for his license # and he hung up. Of course I'm leaving parts out of it. I'm not going to type every single word said. At the end of the day sure us cancelling our policy with them probably won't make a huge difference but the point of this review is for a future potential client. Just beware that they can be rude and unprofessional. When theres more than plenty of options to choose from maybe avoid this one.

Horrible service from one of the females there, its the blonde hair female thats been there for years the one that has a brother there working too. She lost her cool with myself because the way she explains things are confusing. Regardless of the situation she had no right to be disrespectful to me. I've been coming here for years this is a great way for someone to cancel and go to another company. The owner needs to hire respectful people because people like her are making this broker office look bad.

Don't recommend this broker at all. The blonde hair female is really rude. I've been coming here for years, I usually get attended by another person to make changes or make payments. I don't have issues but I always noticed people coming and when they get attended by her she's always making a fuss out of everything. It's like if she hates her job, why do you even work there? She needs to be respectful no matter what she is representing that business. As of now I'm really considering changing to another place because of the way she is reacting to everyone and myself. Her brother that works there is respectful and the other lady by the front of the building is also very kind to me. The blonde hair female has to change her ways with how she responds to people because one day she will do that to the wrong person. I strongly suggest that the owner fires her, it might seem like I'm over reacting but so many people have had issues with her.

Have never been treated like this people did, horrible customer service One of the ladies in there act's like she is always right, don't even have the right information for customers.After the horrible experience I switched to another company got better price.Mercury charged me with an early termination fee. Crazy, I do not recommend Del Valle INC agency and also Don't recommend Mercury.

Called to get a quote for recommend by father in law but when I called a rude a** lady(Mariah) answers the phone said I can't give you the quote unless you answer my questions first which was really weird I said ok I'm at work is it ok to send DL and registration and said no keep in mind I got 3 other quotes from other companies and got 2 cars under her insurance but she said can't do that which I said my wife is at work and busy can't call right now so responded If I can't give her phone interview she can't give me a quote .. fine lost business and other cars to be insured I'll give my business somewhere else found someone else with less hassle ..and cancelled my insurance for took my 3 cars somewhere else .. someone who depends on commission this is fast way to lose business and money good luck getting a fast convenient quote from here

Terrible customer service from the Manager and Maria, you ask for information and she answers with a rude tone, then the Manager agrees knowing that her worker is rude, I do not recommend del valle insurance!!With all due respect, Sir, if you call your employee, she responds politely, because from there, you as an owner start off badly!! Happy afternoon!!

I have been driving for a long time and have never been satisfied with the service of other insurers. I have been with del Valle insurance for 3 years now and I am very happy with Erika's experience and all the girls who work with her. For that reason, they deserve a 5-star rate. Thank you.
