Be very careful, that's not what they say here, they make you sign, and until you sign, they start saying everything. The manager helped me, she sold me something, she made me put insurance on it, and the garment burst, it was useless. I took it and told her to give me back my 400 dollars. and she didn't want to and I called and they told me that she was the only person who could give me the money and she didn't want to. In short, there they rob you, I paid 2000 for a ring and when I wanted to see how much it cost they wouldn't even give me 100 dollars ????? ???

I Didn’t like the service today it’s not the first time I go. Every time I go the manager helps me and gives me the right service. I like her customer service and the experience she also has, the knowledge she has to help me. Also Sandra is very professional but she wasn’t there to help me today. The young girl was very unprofessional and dressed inappropriate showing her breast and thighs with thigh tattoos. She did not have the knowledge to help me find a beautiful gift for my mother and mother in law. She kept repeating herself about the jewelry and stones being fake but also trying to make a sales by giving me free jewelry without me purchasing anything to gain my trust. I returned the free jewelry she tried to offer and left the store. I didn’t like how I was being approached and she was way to close to me with her bare breast on my face and husbands.

Alright guys. So....first of all false advertisement. These foos had a sign that said 80% off on fine jewelry. When you see a sign like that the first thing you say is "wow sounds like a good deal". Couldn't have been further from the truth. So me and my friend go and check it out and he sees a chain and he asks the lady for the price. This is basically where the bullshit starts, btw the chain is probably like a 2.5mm width and I'd say like 24" in length (pretty light weight, and 14k). So the lady says it's original price is $6000 something. At that moment I was like wtf is she talking about ain't no way a chain that small is worth $6k Capas foos. Then she was like "with the 80% off it comes out to $1,850." I just looked over at my homie and we both were like yeah no thanks. So they basically added 80% to the original price and make it seem the other way around. Don't be fooled guys, you can basically buy a thick cuban link for 6k ain't no way in hell a small rope chain that probably weights 10 grams at best is worth or was ever worth 6k. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE!

I've bought numerous items from The Daniel's in Sherman Oaks, but they unfortunately relocated. I was in the area and decided to stop by the Van Nuys location. First the sales women are dressed very inappropriate like they're going clubbing, while playing loud music through a Bluetooth speaker. A mild annoyance but I was determined to get something for my wife and daughter. I was shown numerous earrings and found 2 pairs I liked. The sales lady proceeds to ring me up and suddenly one of the items is $500 more, she consults who appears to be her manager about the item ringing up higher. Turns out the ear rings were incorrectly labeled, which is No big deal mistakes happen. We then start looking at more earrings when the "manager" starts telling the sales woman in Spanish that "I'm cheap and to show me more expensive items." Now I'm upset and proceed to remind them Spanish isn't some secret Navajo code talking language and lots of people understand it, even this half breed. She plays dumb claiming she didn't say that and I just walk out. I can tolerate the ghetto vibes, but will never tolerate people talking s.... About me. Avoid this location.

I came here to look for a gift for my daughter's 18th birthday. Nothing specific in mind. Linda was my salesperson & she was very helpful on ideas. She wasn't pushy & didn't try to upsell me on anything. Which is the part I hate at most jewelry stores. I found the perfect gift & I thought the prices were fair. The store was clean & organized. I will return to this location for future purchases!
