Very impressed with the customer service! Even though it turned out they couldn't help me with my transaction (needed the official UPS Store to drop off Amazon return with no label), they checked on what I needed so I didn't have to wait in line longer than necessary. I would definitely come back if I need one of their services here.

Every time I come here I get what I need. Lots of parking . They offer mail services, passports, printing, wifi, UPS drop off. If you don't want to pay $1 to drop off UPS packages then don't and drive 10 minutes away to the next nearest drop off. I prefer to support small businesses like this one then a large chain company .

The guys there are ALWAYS tentive to your need and are willing to help you at a drop of a hat. The gentleman there are kind and very professional.

I dropped my iPhone 13pro max to be shipped back to Verizon and when I got there the Guy charged me $1.00 to take my package( I paid the $1.00 since I was in a rush and it was raining) I asked for a receipt and he said just to take a picture and track it myself. This was my first time using ups return services so I didn't really think anything of it. I took the picture and left. I took the picture on 10/25/2021. Verizon never received my package and actually UPS said they receivedmy package damaged/destroyed! I filed a claim and told them exactly where I dropped it off gave them the description of the person who helped me and what they told me. I also gave them the picture of the package I left there to show the package was in tack. Ups said that they always give a receipt of acknowledgement. NEVER WILL BE USING THIS OFFICE! If you leave a package ask for a receipt.

Rude rude rude!? They don't have any signage to indicate what time the NOTARY IS COMING. You have to ask and if you do, you better pray that he is in a good mood.

I have gone to him for over 6 years for every kid of service. Sometimes used his computers when mine were down, they are always friendly and helpfull no BS.

Nice guys. Very pleasant. Nice facility to get your mail and they will help you find the correct box to ship ur items. They do FedEx, UPS and USPS.
