I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this place. The agent I encountered was extremely rude and provided incorrect information to customers. It’s truly the worst place I’ve ever encountered, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

I went to ALL CENTURY INSURANCE today want to do changes on my insurance she was rude and she gave wrong information she made show up at her office when I didnt need to go and she made waste my time .There were to agents there the one with the glasses was the one that was rude.The only thing that Im looking for is that others customers are aware of that agent is rude and is giving the wrong information.

The Manager in this location has the worst customer service. After many text messages and phone calls could not add my 1 car to the insurance. How complicated is that. I have been with this insurance for 20 plus years. But they just lost another customer, I have no need to complicate myself with rude people.

This insurance agency and company has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are a broker and DO NOT support you if you have an issue with any of the insurance companies that they sell for. If you need insurance for anything STAY AWAY from ALL CENTURY INSURANCE INC. or any of their branches. YOU WILL BE SORRY!

All Century Insurance is one of the worst third parties Brokering Insurance I have ever dealt with. They charged me $50 that I paid towards the cancellation of my policy only to receive a bill from my insurance company charging me the same $50 cancellation that was already paid through Erika Maganon's office. These third parties are charging discretionary/ miscellaneous brokerage fees and don't disclose them to the consumer.I learned my lesson with insurance companies and will be dealing with companies directly keep out the third party because they take no responsibility or even disclose the fees charged to the consumer.I spoke with Erika Maganon (Manger) about the situation and requested the corporate number to speak with someone above her and she said that information could not be provided to the consumer. How do you not have Corporates information!!!

I love this place ,My insurance agent Erika is awesome! She was very helpful ,attentive and quick to get me the best quote in the San Fernando Valley . ?I recommend this establishment to everyone. When you call as for Erika. You won’t regret it ?, I know I didn’t !
