Very disappointed, false advertisement they claim to be 24 seven yet they locked their doors with chains not even a sign saying they’re closed or will be back later I will no longer support 7-Eleven. I’d rather go to local gas station that’s open 24 seven.

Went ; dude looked like he hates his job. This 7-Eleven is money hungry. Surrounding stores don’t charge for cheese on your nachos! What’s the point of buying nachos with no cheese? How is that separate and on top of that $1 for so little cheese. On top of that, dude raising his voice like we were stealing, bad experience all around. The surrounding 7-Elevens are better, I won’t be going to this one anymore.

They gave me a hotdog with the bun still in the package, so when I tried opening up in front of the cashier, I dropped the hotdog. I asked if I could get another hotdog and told me no, he'll charge me for a new one, and I asked for a refund at least, and he refused. I know dropping the hotdog was on me, but the cashier should have at least put the hotdog in the bun from the start or marked off one of them and given me a new one. It's just shear laziness and rude. A business that can't do simple tasks or small exceptions is a business that you should stay away from. If the owner doesn't want to refund me as a reply, I don't want to hear anything. I literally got my blood drawn shortly before and got a Lyft to go back to work.

It says 24/7 but I'm right outside right now at 2:57a.m and they have it closed with chains on the inside. If it's not 24/7, they must really put it on Google maps. Now I have to go even further than I wanted to.

This is the worst 711 store I've ever been to. Never have any app deals don't do cashback and much more, their customer service is absolutely terrible also.

I was short on my card and I needed to go out to my car and get the rest, the manager canceled my purchase and start it over I told her I paid for it I just owed you 3.23 well she had me repay for it and it is now the 9 abd that happened on the 5 when my granddaughter was born and still it has not returned to my card they are rip offs

I am tired and annoyed with the manager who is always on the midnight shift... there is always an excuse not to apply current promotions in this establishment, it has even happened that I try to pay $3 in $0.25 coins and he prefers not to serve me when I have been a customer for 5 years, and the new one in the place...
Please teach yourselves to respect the customer.

If you’re expecting bad customer service by people who don’t give a $&@!, get ready to have your expectations exceeded (in a bad way). Employee was on phone the entire time and didn’t even try to answer me when I talked to them. When I finally broke thru his busy conversation to ask to use their (clearly available) bathroom, he just scoffed shook his head and angrily said NO! Enjoy your 7-11 experience here, friends

9/2/22 at 10:15, we went in the store, and the cashier paying my items, the cashier guy was really rude while I was trying to put my reward points in and he really said “hurry up” “faster”, he was really rude, I haven’t even taken that long. I think he was Pakistan or Indian or idk but he was really mean. If it’s us the clients, they live from us by buying from their store, they should be more patient and nicer with the costumers.

Their card machine is weird I'm really not sure that it's a real card reader because my entire card went into it from the bottom and it is usually just half way in, it looked bulky. I would just pay cash from now on here .

The worst 711 I have been to the workers pay no attention to what we as consumer's ask for (ie) napkins straw's cup's ect. Below is a picture I took of the of the coffee "bar" as seen they have a cockroach problem you can see them crawling on the machines and we're the cups and lids are. It is absolutely disgusting to have a store open and operating in these conditions. The store clerks are rude and have a tendency to shush you away when asked a question or are talking on the phone majority of the time. Will not visit this location ever again
