bad haircut experience (9 months ago)Update: I gave this place a 2nd chance & they still did a horrible job cutting my hair. They freelance and cut it however they want as long as it resembles similar to what photo/reference you choose. They’ll leave you with a mess afterwards with hair all over your neck & clothes. They have no respect for the person’s hair they’re cutting and gossip non stop. I use to tip but now I don’t.They’ll also try to charge you extra if they think they can get away with it so be ready to speak up & say something.

Take my daughter here for rebonding and haircuts. Not easy to find someone to rebond at reasonable prices. Excellent results. Excellent service. Always accommodating. Friendly staff. I can't say I've ever had a negative experience here so I would definitely recommend.

This hair salon will say that walk-ins are welcome. Not true! The owner will check you in but you will wait for hours (as in HOURS) for a service that apparently they don't have (like hair rebonding) or they don't 'normally' do, yet the service is presented on their wall of list of services. There's a huge communication barrier. This place is also overpriced, you'll get charge for a so-so haircut, hair color or any other hair services. Typically, there's a salon credential of the hairstylist being posted on the wall but for this place there's none. This simply indicates that the workers aren't qualify enough to handle hair salon services. So unprofessional!

I went to get my hair cut from Alex who cuts my mom's hair when I went down to visit my parents. I asked for a Bob, shorter in the back and longer in the front, thinned out. My hair is super thick and is quite coarse, so it's not easy to cut. Alex cut my hair carefully, and it came out great. It took about an hour. The rest of the salon was also busy with tons of walk-ins.

I'm writing this letter as a reply to Chris S. Since you've stated that you'd witnessed the incident, I hope you are well aware of how the worker responded to my complaint. As a mother of a son who has autism, I let my emotions get the best of me when she called my son a brat. First of all, I was apologetic because I know that not a lot of people understand my son, especially that he has a disability that most people are not aware of. Regarding the appointment matter, I understand that we were accepted as a walk-in customer, and I was thankful for it. My 5 year old son isn't able to speak in full sentences and express himself, which is why he resorts to crying, as a form of communication. I'm well aware that my son's crying could be interpreted as a tantrum, which is why I understand that the service could be interrupted and rescheduled. But when I asked when we could come back, the lady responded in a rude manner, saying "No more" with a high pitched voice. She also stated that "initially we accepted you but your son kept crying, so no more." This response didn't sit well with me. I felt that my son was discriminated against, that's why I asked for the worker's name to complain about her manner. I didn't feel that I was being treated as a customer and as a human being, deserving of respect. This made me react in a defensive way, and I acknowledged that. Lastly, this platform should be a transparent page to let future customers know what to expect. If one of your workers does not have enough knowledge on how to treat the customer properly, especially the lady who screamed at me and my son, I suggest that the management should conduct proper customer service training, and how to respond to children with disabilities when they act a certain way. I'm deeply hurt that my son was called a brat because nobody but me understands what he's going through. I'm sorry for how my son reacted, but I'm not sorry for fighting when I felt that my son was being attacked because I'm a dedicated and strong mother who is capable of protecting my son.

I had my nails done at this salon before and that lady did an awesome work. But today was different because of this lady in the picture, she doesnt have patience with kids and said a lot of horrible things about me and my son. Just beware if this lady she’s mean and unprofessional!!

I have been coming here for years now and they do a great job every time. I originally went to a few different Korean salons and they just weren't consistent and wasn't my style. Not sure how my mom found this place but she was the one who told me to try it out so I did. Her go to lady is Tanya and this business is all run by Thai women. They're great! Ever since I got my first cut from her, I have not changed since. She perfects it every time and takes the time to make sure my hair looks great and even on both sides. I have been getting a short, A-line cut for years now and don't plan on changing that. We went recently this last Saturday to get a cut since we were both due and in need of one but Tanya wasn't there! We usually call ahead of time to book a time with her but lately they've been so busy and taking walk-ins so there isn't a point in booking a time. So we decided to just show up and she wasn't there. Luckily, the owner of this place, Pam, was free since one of her clients cancelled their appointment. I decided to just go with it since I needed one anyway. She did such an amazing job and so quickly too! She went above and beyond to even blow drying it and styling it to make it look super cute. I was very happy and now know that I can probably ask any of them and they can get the job done. They're all super nice and very friendly as well. Love this place! IG: @ammysalamii

I am replying to the 'Erika' lady that rated one star. I was a witness in the salon and the worker was actually very polite to her. Firstly, this salon goes by appointment. They will take walk-ins if they can. The lady walked in and the worker told her to come back at 11:05. She then showed up at 11:30 and (since the salon goes by appointment) there was no room to fit the family in. Secondly, the lady's boy was actually being a brat, crying and screaming "I DONT WANT A HAIRCUT" the whole time they were in the store. The worker was very polite, apologized, and suggested to the family that: because they had to prioritize their appointments, and because she was late, they go to the salon in the neighboring plaza. My last point in this review is that the lady asked for the workers' name and when the worker refused, the lady then took a picture WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE WORKER ON A PRIVATE PROPERTY and proceeded to write a false review. As far as I know, this lady should be sued for her actions. So that is why I am writing this review. They were all very friendly and accommodating. You have a returning customer on your hands. Thank you for the stellar haircut BTW

Aside from waiting for a long time,the service I received was great! The shop owner did my haircut and roots touch up,and I loved it! She is very accommodating and thorough. And for the price,she did not disappoint. Highly recommended.

I wish i can give zero stars!!! Waste of money!!! So before i went i called them asked Them how much is a blow dry my hair is up To my shoulders, they said 35.00 Dollars, so i went in i told them i need blowdry(my hair was already washed n wet) i re asked them again how much is a blowdry and the old Lady who was gonna do my hair Started talking in her language n asked I guess she asked the owner then the lady told me 50.00 dollars! I said but on the phone u said 35.00 now 50? She said If u want Flat iron its 50.00 ... like wtf gtfoh!! So i needed the blowdry i told Them I dont want flat iron do it With the blow dryer!!! Oh lord! This lady could barely stand on her damn feet ,she couldnt Even hold the damn blow dryer, my 10 year old kid could of blow dryer my hair better Then her!!! It was a mess, she kept putting gel on my hair N brushing it!!! I was so Disgusted!! I came home n washed my hair Right it kept itching! Never ever will i return here or reccomend anyone to go to This nasty salon
