“Let me start off by saying I live 14 miles from this location. I had just driven to two post offices, and they were completely packed with folks standing in rain. I have a small box to mail out that has taken me two months to do horrible me! But hey, the good thing is that it is on its way to Ontario now. I was on a mission to mail this package today ! Crystal Hi ! How are you and how may I help you? so cheerful ! I immediately asked if she could help me. I mentioned my journey. She quickly helped me fill everything out and gand it ready within minutes. I began chit chatting as ladies were a delight speaking with. I paid under $20.00 dollars to mail my package to arrive today. I will drive here in the future to mail packages”

“I have worked with this place for over a decade and have never been let down. With the occasional snafu that FedEx or UPS will create in losing a box, Postal Solutions are on the problem like world class detectives. For instance, they were relentless in finding a box being delivered to New York City, that a FedEx driver just did not want to walk up 3 flights of stairs to deliver and kept returning it to their warehouse. Alex found it and had it delivered. He is a genius, and a lifesaver.”
