Devon was super helpful right from the beginning. He walked me thru step by step, gave me current status and knows his stuff. He was always available for any questions or concerns I had. He provided me valuable information that helped me with the selling process, since he's been in the business for a while, he knows a lot of people that helped me get my unit in great condition which allowed me to get it right for the market. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a honest, trustworthy agent. He goes above and beyond to make sure the process is smooth and every advice he gave me helped me sell quickly and very simple to do, all while making sure he has your best interest and feeling comfortable without pressure. Selling a property isn't easy sometimes, but Devon is the best at what he does and I'm so glad I was able to work with him. Definitely a 11 out 10! and highly recommended.

Devon Sutton was amazing to work with. We were introduced to him by a family member and we are so grateful. Devon represented us in the sale of our house. He really tried to keep the process from getting too stressful for us. At the same time he juggled all the moving pieces and communicated well with our real estate agent who was orchestrating our house purchase simultaneously in another city across the state. It was so comforting to be able to rely on him and that's why we had a very successful outcome. Thanks again, Devon. You're the best!

I would 1000000% recommend using Vista Sotheby's International Realty and our realtor Devon Sutton were phenomenal. Devon was our realtor for purchase & sale of our home. Made the purchase process of this house very smooth & painless. When getting our home ready to sell, he assisted with the staging, photography and made sure that everyone viewing the home was respectful to the neighbors. The communication between us was continuous and very thorough. Always reachable and dependable. Made sure we were comfortable from start to end in the purchase and in the sale. He became a true friend during all of this and would hands down recommend him without any hesitation.

Devon is amazing, he came to us as recommended by a family member. My wife and I are first time home buyers and Devon helped us find our dream home. Devon is very friendly and great to be around. Devon was patient in explaining the home buying process and answering all of our questions along the way. After a long day of looking at homes together, he was always willing to go see another. Let me start by saying Devon is the BEST! Five months ago, he helped us close on our dream home. The real estate market has become intensely competitive and expensive (everything is going for over asking). And because of this our search experience had become emotionally challenging and exhausting. We would see a new listing on the market or make an offer on a house and boom 7 hours later the house would be in pending. We knew cash is always going to be king and with so many cash offers being made we started to feel hopeless. But Devon never gave up and keep telling us don’t worry your house will come. Throughout the process Devon also always answered every call, text no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, encouragement, knowledge, honesty, patience, and work ethic made us feel at ease and is very much appreciated. We never felt forced to make an offer and Devon always made sure he took us to view homes that met our “must have” list. It took us seven months to finally find the "one" and with that came a new challenge. We ended up in a bidding war and began to panic but not Devon. He was very calm and confident. He knew it was all about the specifics of the offer, went above & beyond in communicating to the selling agent why we were the better choice and kicked butt during negotiations. Devon was there EVERY step of the way and very proactive. He never wavered nor did he ever let us settle for less than what we originally told him we wanted in a home and he did not give up. He got us into our dream home and for this we are so grateful. Devon Sutton is awesome, he when over and beyond to help us purchase our first house . Since we had no experience and ton of questions. Devon have lot of patients, honest forthcoming with us. He explained thing to us in terms we can understand easily also make yes we are comfortable before going ahead to the next process . He truly has he's best interest for his clients mind . If you're looking to purchase a new home, Devon is one of the best! He is experienced and looks out for your best interests. The home buying process is stressful enough as it is but he always does things necessary in a timely manner. He will go beyond what's needed to get you in the home of your dreams. Super friendly and very easy going! Even after purchasing our home and closing escrow he still continues to provide after service too.
