Make this your permanent gift shop. Absolutely charming. Books. Home Goods. Toys. Linens. Cards. The most well curated and appointed gift shop I have seen. It has a worldly flair but one can see the heart of Paris and parts of Europe that you would only get if you traveled. Gifts for yourself and others of all ages. Everything has a meaning. It's not far from LA. It's worth the time. Enjoy Malaga. Get a coffee. Say hi to a few people. Look at the ocean. And enjoy this shop of wonders for all ages.

Run by a super pretentious Frenchman. Been there twice after hiking Malaga Dunes, ignored twice…not a single “hello” or “may I help you.” The last time he and an equally pretentious old lady waxed philosophical about ugly Americans and how people shouldn’t go anywhere in workout clothes (in general, as in people who wear yoga pants anywhere other than the gym are lesser mortals).I’ll gladly put back the $20 book now and buy it from Amazon for $13, and feel no guilt.

I just went here for the first time today after seeing their display outside. OMG this is the cutest, neatest little store! I would live inside it if I could :) Definitely will be back! Also not sure if the person who helped us was the owner, but they were also super nice, thank you again ?

I love this store. But although I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years, the owner never recognizes me. His gruff demeanor makes me wonder if he despises his customers. And yet, I still shop there.

I can’t recommend this shop enough! I stopped in to look for a Mother’s Day gift and had a very hard time leaving because everything there is just so wonderful! You can tell the owner puts a lot of thought into his store as all of the products are very tasteful and it seems like there is something for everyone. I even found the sweetest gift for my niece. I highly encourage anyone looking for a gift to support this lovely local business! Hoping to be back at some point ?

Cutest Christmas store I have ever been to! The store is located in a very picturesque plaza in the quiet neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estate. A few minutes drive from the coast and definitely a good place to stop if you are in town to chase sunsets near the coast. We came to this place to eat and after eating, just so we can digest our food better, we casually walked into what I now call the Christmas wonder! As you see in my pictures, the entire small shop is filled with Christmas toys, books, decorations! Some of their expensive delicate handmade decorations are in the glass shelf. I can spend a whole day wondering around the shop and finding amazing gifts for family and friends during this time of the year. The owner was super friendly and chatted with us about family and our plans for Christmas. This is the kind of place that reminds me of the good old days when we shop small and buy unique one of kind thoughtful gifts for each other. I believe the store is open on Sunday during December since we visited on Sunday. So come on in and enjoy a few hours of "woah, oh, and awes"

With the holiday season approaching, this is the perfect place to find a gift for friends and loved ones. This incredible gift shop lives up to its name, by offering unique, one of a kind items, from many different parts of the globe and I guarantee you will find something for anyone and everyone on your Christmas list. They have lots of jigsaw puzzles, books, coloring books, plates, mugs, soaps (from France), home decor (including Mexican pillows, plates from Italy and Portugal, cups from Turkey) , kitchen things, and even random items like tarot card decks, and books by Jane Austen. The prices vary depending on the item and the gentleman running the store is very lovely. My mom mentioned how much she loved France and right away he began to fill the store with wonderful French songs. it's conveniently located in the Malaga Cove Plaza with a nice parking lot with a fountain. I will note that this is a small whimsical shop so be careful when wandering in the shop so that you dont break anything. Also please wear a mask when going into the store since this is a pandemic review.
