“I just wanted to give a big ty and shoutout to Samuel, Sam with Keith's Towing! Yesterday dead battery after leaving on back windshield wiper called AAA n said eta 29 minutes. Sam pulled up in 6!! All my questions I had... he was doing it all and explaining etc. before I even asked. Keith's Towing has been there a few times now for me, Always awesome experience! “Lake City Towing not only saved me immeasurable time, money, and hassle, they've managed to restored some faith in humanity. They went the extra mile for me and severely mitigated what could have turned into a crisis.While driving home to Oregon right before New Years, my truck's transmission died on I-5. Most places were closed and I had very little time to secure a rental car. I was scrambling and frantic, but was lucky enough to get a hold of Lake City Towing. The tow truck was already dispatched elsewhere, so Gary and his fiancée Shannon personally came out to meet me and grab my truck's keys to ensure I could get into a cab ASAP and secure a rental car to continue my trip home. Without their proactivity and help, I would have been stuck for days instead of merely hours. I'm so grateful for all their help. The world needs more people like Gary and Shannon.”

“This location employees are good. They go out of their way to help you. My husband and I drove cross country from south dakota to Cali and had our truck break down on us in Wyoming. The south dakota team didn't have a truck for us despite us reserving 2 months in advance. South dakota gave us a last minute truck and almost forgot to put Def in it. The turbo hose had a whole in it and my husband broke down on a hill in Wyoming, in the middle of nowhere. We had to call for assisatnce 4 times before we had help, the mechanic finally arrived and was able to cut the hose. We explained everything to Miranda at andserson location where we dropped off the truck and she showed great care. She worked with her supervisor and they plan to get us a discount as we paid thousands of dollars for this move including having to book another hotel room due to the truck not driving correctly. My husband needed assistance with the car carrier to unload ect. And James that works at this location was very prompt and helped us get the job done. Thank you Anderson Penske crew! You make a huge difference, you helped calm the storm!”

“I went in to order a hitch which they did, the hitch arrived much sooner than they promised and was installed quickly and with no pain. I would definitely recommend these folks for your hitch installation needs. The warranty on the wiring even includes replacement if my dog decides it's a snack... So far I haven't had to take advantage of that one!”
