“They say, "Don't judge a book by its cover." If you're looking for a place with a warm (or air-conditioned) waiting room and a popcorn machine then this is not the place for you. It was a bit of a shock bringing my month-old car here for a tire repair. That being said, he got me in and out quick, and the price for the patch on my tire seemed reasonable. The sign that said they weren't responsible for lug-nuts and tire sensors was worrisome, and the gentleman there was, while not outright unfriendly, indifferent.”

“I am extremely grateful This company! From one business owner who absolutely needs to operate and cannot have issues when they happen, having company around like Les Schwab, Is absolutely a lifesaver. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere on a highway that had a 6% grade in 100° heat with a blown out tire on my moving truck. To make it even worse, we had a very rare type tire that is really hard for a rare truck model and somehow they found it within 10 minutes. They made it up into the mountain in the middle of nowhere in about 45 minutes. Got the tire and installed it within an hour and we were back on the road in about an hour total!

“A few weeks ago my family and I were headed out of town on a trip north and needed to be to our destination with no time to spare. As we pulled out of our driveway the tire pressure indicator came on our vehicle. It was 10 lbs low! We drove to Les Schwab on Churn Creek and were met immediately by who I think was probably the manager. We told him our dilemma and he said they could get to it and that it would be about a half hour to get it fixed. Fine by us. We felt blessed to just get seen. Within 15 minutes they had fixed a bolt/screw puncture and we were back on the road. Thank you Les Schwab and hats off to the manager and nice tech who took care of our problem. We appreciate you and your prompt service and great attitude!”
