This pharmacy is the most unorganized! Their staff is always rude and short with us! Most often when someone needs a pharmacy they are sick or going through something so to be in the business they are in they should keep that in mind. At the end of the day treat people how you want to be treated!

This pharmacy thinks they know more than your own Dr. They refilled my Rx 5 times then decided to not fill it properly and then next time not fill at all (I thought it was an honest mistake the first time), and decided I didn't even need to know about either. You will be dismissed and judged based on your medication, whether it is off label use or not. So I guess a pharmacy tech knows much more than your Doctor these days. Wish I could give negative stars!

The pharmacy staff is dangerously incompetent and unethical. I was lied to on the phone about a critically important prescription and then all but called a liar when I arrived to pick up said prescription. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Rite Aid Pharmacy has stressed out, ill tempered employees since they took over Owens Pharmacy customers.Rite Aid is overwhelmed and not capable of filling prescriptions in a timely manor.Their phone recording says the pharmacy opens at 8:00am, however, today, they opened at 9amSomething is wrong with Rite Aid policy, and the employees and customers are paying for it.Rite Aid, fix your system, please.

Yikes! Hands down the worst pharmacy! It lacks all the friendly, small town charm (our town’s population is 1,100). If you enjoy rude, inconsiderate staff that seemed annoyed by your presence then this is your place. It might appear that you’re the ONLY person in the store an hour after they open and THEY have texted you that your rx is ready, but they will treat you like they pulled an all nighter and your the millionth customer of the day. And your rx? They can’t find it. I won’t bother you with all my stories (oh, I gave this place more than one chance). Save yourself a headache and head to town. You’ll save time and your sanity.

Called to change from another RA pharmacy. Helpful speedy service, text to confirm perscription was ready the next day, drive through took 3 minutes with a very pleasant greeting and wish for a Merry Christmas. They did not clean my windshield, but what more could I ask for?

Today was the 3rd time i visited rite aid on Deschutes when the older brunette lady (i assume the supervisor or manager) has spoken to me in the rudest, most despicable manner! She complained that i was taking too long in the store...i bought over $200 worth of merchandise and was only there for 15 minutes. She followed me around the store as though i was attempting to steal something, which would have been virtually impossible being 110 degrees outside and my outfit consisting of no more than yoga shorts and a tank top and my purse is basically a large wallet. She made me so uncomfortable i finally asked her if she'd like to hold my purse for me. She is the nastiest, rudest old snot I've ever encountered in "customer service" and i truly hope someone pisses in her cereal! Other than that....rite aid is great!! Lol they have amazing body sprays!

Called ahead last week to transfer my prescriptions because I moved. They checked it out, ran the insurance and said it would be ready. They called and said both were ready, I drove 40 to pick up and signed the computer. They only handed me one prescription. I asked about the other and they said they don't fill narcotic prescriptions from doctors more than 50 miles away. I said I called any we went over this ahead of time.After calling the assistant manager because they don't have anyone above that, I get told the same thing. Which means I have to go see my doctor 300 miles away to have him fill out a new prescription and to sign a new contract for a different pharmacy where I can try again because apparently calling and asking questions means jack.After that they were rude and basically forced the other prescription on me, I would have refused if I knew both were not being filled.People pretending to do a job and in control of others. This country and the supposed professionals in it are whats wrong.Your a pharmacist you fill what the Dr. prescribes not what you want. Your not the dr. This is malpractice, and medical discrimination.

Doing a review while waiting almost 10 minutes in the drive thru without anyone acknowledging me. I literally watched the girl walk slowly around not even giving me eye contact. I pushed the service button for the 4th time and she came right tell me “she’ll be with me in a minute”. I told her that if someone just told me that to begin with, I wouldn’t be pushing the button. She preceded to tell me she was “on the phone” which is funny as she clearly wasn’t. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this here and the lack of concern and customer service is pretty sad! No apology for the wait, nothing. She doesn’t seem like she wants to even be at work. Unfortunately I don’t have a name as the girl didn’t even have a name tag on.

They called me twice, on wed and Thurs, to tell me my mother's prescriptions we're ready. When I got there, on Saturday, they told me none of them were ready and it would be a 30 minute wait. Well, it wasn't 30 minutes, but more than an hour. I miss Owens. These corporate Giants don't give a damn.

I called Rite Aid and asked if my prescription that starts with FU is ready could we get the prescription that starts with ME filled at the same time so I only have to make one trip. So my FU and ME will be ready this afternoon

They ignore you at the drive through window, sitting there almost 20min to find out the prescription they called and notified you that was there, is not. Worst service ever. If I could give no stars I would.
