Been coming here for years, built all the way up for a free oil change. Then my car breaks down got a new car, and none of my points or anything carried over, so I've been a loyal customer for about two years and just cause I got a new car they dont use any of my points I spent years building up just to get a free oil change,. Just because I got a new car, even tho all information and everything is the same. Like that's suck bad customer service I will never come back here. The only reason I came here was because it was beneficial and I would . Get the free oil change in the end. But they don't tell u that when I start coming here. If u get a different car nothing counts. Just wow.and not to mention they change you way over priced for simple things, like light bulbs, filters, almost double the price......

Not knowing any better I paid $40 for a new cabin filter. That is way more than I found them to be online when I got home and checked. The air filter was $26 also overpriced. I have been getting an oil change there ever since I moved here in 2021. No longer.

I neglected to schedule an appointment at the Ford dealership before I drove 700+ miles in one day and these guys were happy to take care of my Bronco Sport immediately with zero waiting in line. They didn't make a fuss about the bash plate which I seriously appreciate. They really *came in clutch* to save me in a pinch. Bad customer service! They messed up my oil pan it's leaking and I've tried talking to the store manager and he was all oh we will take care of everything even the gas to get to the mechanic and all than once he heard it wasn't just a oil plug to replace that it has a Crack in my tank or what not he all sudden was like we gotta wait until he speaks to his district manager Justin and this guy man back and forth about going to personally check out my van at my mechanics shop to delays to checking it out finally after a week to only look at it for 3 seconds to try and say I hit something right on the plug and it's my fault! How the hell is it my fault your guys checked it out twice in one day before I took it to the shop retightening shit and never mentioned it looked like I hit something they said it looks like it leaked from somewhere else yeah my ass! So here my van sits at the mechanics for 2 weeks to finally speak to the owner for him to try to say the same shit as the district manager! You guys just don't want to own up to the fact it's your fault! Why the hell would I sit here and try to fix this out with you guys if I hit something and it was my fault are you kidding me! Waste of time knew they wouldn't own up to there shit! Will never use them again! Just costing me money for something I didn't do! Know you lost my whole families business! Been going to them for 3 years for this shit!

Not sure what exactly I just paid for in the automatic car wash? $10 for a car wash. The sprayers went around, but the dirt is still here. This is just standard road dirt from regular streets. I got out and tried to dry the side and dirt is smearing around. Save your money and either do it yourself at the self serve or go to the Premier location off Lake Blvd.
