Even though we cleaned out the storage unit and left on the 10th, this place did not do a partial reimbursement. Very disappointed and not happy.

Deschutes self-storage is the only self-storage property that I would recommend and personally use. The property is exceptionally well maintained and operated. Both the owner and manager are very friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. It is very safe and secure and the gate access hours are fantastic. When choosing a self-storage company choose Deschutes Self- Storage first.

Deschutes Self Storage is where I've had my things kept for years now. Mindy is the most friendly person you could meet and never sounds like she's less than delighted to help you.I actually look forward to calling to make payment. I feel like the place is super clean, well maintained, and safe. The rates are reasonable to say the least. Could not be happier with my choice to use them. Storing here is a no brainer. Love it!

Deschutes Self Storage has friendly employees, clean site, and several different sized units. The outside is always neat and clean. Plenty of security lights and cameras throughout entire facility. I would recommend this storage facility.

Mindy was amazing and very helpful setting up my autopay! She was knowledgeable and easy to work with! A definite asset to the business!! The facility is very clean and the security is great. Definitely recommend this storage facility!

I've had a unit here for the last 3 years. The management here has always been easy to work with and helpful when needed. The facility is secure and very well maintained. I appreciate how clean it always is. I 100% recommend Deschutes Self Storage.

I’ve had a couple of units over the past 3 years. The manager has always been friendly and helpful. The hours of access are terrific, the entire place is always clean and I feel very secure there. I highly recommend Deschutes Self Storage for any purpose-large or small.
