The branch is temporarily closed AGAIN 11/14/23 with no date of reopening. I called Wells Fargo 800 number to find out when it will reopen and tHey tell me it's open. They told me to go to the Broadway location, but they have no parking that my truck will fit in. Wells Fargo, YOU SUCK!!!

Long line I wait over 20 minutes to deposit. My business checks. Teller wasn’t nice or smile, and she forget to deposit some small checks. I asked the manager if I can bring one more business check that I forgot it on my car because it’s past five she refused.I never going back to this branch

Horrible service and slow pace. They look like they don't prioritize customer service at all because every month that I come in to this branch there's always a long line with one person assisting everyone and the other two girls doing God knows what.

I came in about an hour to closing time. Understaffed resulting in unfortunate, poor customer service. Myself and two others waited in line for several minutes without being greeted, however, a woman walked from the front to the back room multiple times; no eye contact, no communication, no, "i'll be with you shortly".. There were two women in the back which appeared to be counting money with the machine, and one other person helping another customer. All three of us waiting, myself and the other two people walked out because the situation was so off putting and rude. My unsolicited suggestion: staff up better, implement a more efficient duty system or at the bare minimum train your staff to be courteous and respectful to clients- we don't HAVE to bank with you. I've been a client for over 20 years. Guess they're in a hurry to til out and close down.

The staff is lovely. But management needs fine tuning. Seems every time I go in now (I have to do in-person deposits) there is a long line of up to eight or nine people and one or two service bays open. And there's always at least one manager type just sitting doing nothing. Shouldn't they step in and help customers? Today two poor service folks were doing there best while two auxiliary people just sit there doing apparently nothing. What's up?

I'm seriously considering closing my accounts after how bad it was. Having work at Wells Fargo as a teller I know that banks sometimes have things you have to do behind the scenes I'm still considering closing my accounts. I was asked to wait for a banker with two tellers and a banker helping customers with 2 more in line. I sit down and wait. The line is helped. No one is being serviced and the banker and a teller disappear. I wait for 30 minutes. Nothing. I ask the other teller if a banker is able to help me. She says I need to wait. I sit back down and wait. I ask again 5 minutes later. Please wait. I ask how long only to be told 15 more minutes. Never once told why I was waiting. I could've driven to the next 3 closest Wells Fargo branches and been done. All I ask is to be communicated with and given proper expectations. They have work to do and I have work as well. Wasted my whole lunch break and more.
