This is a complaint against the extremely rude conduct of their employee, a tall Asian looking guy with short hair and slightly chubby, today. Today after making a deposit near 5pm, or a minute after, when there were still other customers inside. He hurried me when it took me 2 seconds to open the door and leave voluntarily. Nobody told me to leave prior to me voluntarily walked out. I voluntarily did, but he yelled from behind me like a rude driver honking people from behind. He clearly saw the rain pouring outside and me with nothing else but my phone and a check book in my hand without an umbrella. He still hurried me just because it took me 2 or 3 seconds to open that heavy spring door. It is extremely rude. Even after I pointed out his rudeness and complained by pointing at the rain outside, he complacently yelled at me with contempt without even looking at me. Seriously, it was raining so hard outside, and even on a sunny day it is normal for anyone to take 2 seconds to open their spring doors to get in and out.
Side by side, when I saw another elderly Caucasian customer walk out after me, he did not (should not either) hurry him at all. It is discriminatory and should be reported to the consumer bureau.
This employee does not treat customers with respect. He treats people like criminals. He's the shame of the Wells Fargo brand. I demand an apology and will share my complaint with their senior management.

They won’t let you take your money out when you need to - they hold your money hostage. I needed to make a wire and apparently there is a random limit of how much of your own money you can transfer. Not to mention that there is a random $30 wire fee! Plus they won’t actually move your money over the weekend, even though it’s just moving numbers from one account to another- just numbers in a ledger and everything is automated anyway. So why do they have these random rules, regulations and limitations, you might wonder- well, they are holding people’s money hostage and they want to make it harder and more complicated for you to be able to remove it from their hold.I asked to speak to a manager - apparently the manager was not there and no effort was made to get him or write down a message from me for the manager, so that the bank manager could get back to me at a later time. The man who took my call, hung up on me cause he didn’t like the tone of my voice. This is the worst bank with the worst customer service. I am seriously considering, after this interaction, to move to a different bank, where they put customer first.

Mr. Foong Teoh (branch manager) runs a FIRST rate operation. The choice of staff (by far the best banking staff I have ever encountered at a single location) and the speed of customer service is great. I should also say that Cornell (banking staff - do not know his last name) is one of the most friendly people in town.
