The other two reviews are 1000% accurate af. I entered the store and immediately as asian women approached me and talked to me in asian language. Yes, i'm asian but you don't know what kind of asian. She had the nerve to ask me if i spoke Cantonese.?!? w t f?! She then followed me everywhere in the store, hustling and asking me if i wanted to try on the jacket and if i needed assistant trying on the jacket. Majority of the employees that were there were asians and one caucasian lady. It's so obvious that they're trying to make sales. The other fluent asian employee started telling me the materials blah blah and she even grabbed me another coat that i might be interested. While the coats are nice, i'd rather purchase from a bloomingdale's. All fake vibes in this store.

I totally agree with the other reviewer. This store has the most unprofessional salespeople. They try to sell you clothes that don't even look good on you. One time I was holding a sweater that didn't work out for me and I wanted to put it back on the rack. As I was walking toward the rack, a salesperson asked me if I would like to purchase it. As soon as I said no, she just turned around and walked away, looking for her next "victim". It is utterly disgusting how unprofessional they are. Are they on 100% commission, no hourly pay?!

Stay away from this store!!! This store is just like a scammer who pushes you buy without disclosing the non-refund policy.I was pushed to buy a coat and the salesperson Irene Yang cut the tags while packing up my purchase without asking for my permission, because she knew I couldn’t return, and she wanted to make the return more impossible. The manager refused to refund me even if I told her about my unhappy experience I guess because of her racism? Looks like she did take some refunds from previous reviews.Most importantly: No one told me about the non-refund policy before I pay.Plus, contacting MaxMara corporate office is useless as each store is running independently. Would have to take legal action to get money back.

Beautiful selection w helpful staff. I love the clothing and accessories here but always think twice due to the return policy (store credit only, no full refunds). That makes it hard to buy for my friends and family.

This store made me really uncomfortable. The no return policy should be posted in a more obvious place and made clear upfront instead of at the point of sale or even after you purchase. The sales associates are super aggressive and all over you instead of letting you look at things in peace. I understand people working on commission (I worked in sales too!) but a key part of sales is letting the customer make a decision for themselves at their own pace. The store manager did allow me to return an item because there was a misunderstanding about care instructions, but I also wouldn’t continue shopping at a store where there’s a no return policy on items like the $900 dress I bought. I’d rather shop online which gives me more flexibility and where I don’t have sales associates breathing down my neck.

This is the first time I am leaving a comment on Yelp. DON'T shop at this store. I went there once and that was the most awkward shopping experience. As soon as I entered, a middle-aged Chinese sales approached me and persuaded me to try on coats, telling me one of the coats was 101801. Please.... 101801 is from Max Mara, not Weekend Max Mara. I was pretty sure she lied to me just to make me buy stuff so I left the store immediately. And as I was walking out, she loudly asked me in Chinese why was I not trying on the coat. Overall, the sales are very unprofessional and aggressive. I heard other people talking about similar experiences at his store, so definitely avoid this place.

I’m sharing my mother’s experience at this store from a couple of weeks ago. She was serviced by a Chinese saleswoman named Michelle, who was extremely rude, pushy and pressured my mom to spend a fortune on a coat that my mother wasn’t pleased with, knowing that my mom wouldn’t be able to return the coat. Luckily, the store manager was kind and understanding and was able to help my mother with the return. Michelle should not be in sales. If you want your business to thrive, please hire someone that actually cares about customer service.

I am not a big fan of the expensive brand because I believe everybody is beautiful; we should be the brand, not the cloth. To build your brand, you need to understand your uniqueness. I am very thankful I found Lily, who works at MaxMara Weekend. She is very friendly, like a good friend who listens and understands what I want. At the same time, her professionalism of stylish helped me discover my style. I longer chase what is called fashion or trending in social media. I only wear what brings my personality more beautiful and confident.I highly recommend anybody who wants to become more beautiful and confident and discover your style. Sometimes I visit Lily for any fashion advice, and she is very generous in sharing. Thank you, Lily.

.....very bad experience, don’t believe whatever the sales say. They are biased on the service and flattering before you pay. The price is higher than online and you can’t ever exchange or store credit even the receipt say you can. Be careful of going ~

Be aware that if you buy online from the weekend Max Mara and take it back to the store for return they will not return it. I took my item to the store and they weren’t returning it. After I got upset the manager said she will take my item and try to send it back and give me a refund, but they didn’t even process my item. Now I don’t have the item I purchased, and when I call the online customer service they tell me the store has not contacted them and has not processed the refund. I will never buy anything from Max Mara again.
