How are they this bad and still in business? The young woman on the counter is totally clueless and she is the only one available to service customers on the drive through and on the pharmacy counter indoors. It's so stressful just to interact with them.I will all my prescriptions to CVS or Safeway or maybe online.

This place is so bad mainly because they’re extremely slow at preparing your prescriptions. I had surgery today and was told I could pick up my pain relieving medications within a couple hours. I went after 3 hours when I started feeling pain and they told me they weren’t ready yet and that maybe in half an hour they would have it. After possibly the most painful two and a half hours of my life, I received a text from them saying everything was all set, so I went to grab it hoping to end my pain, but when I got to the window they STILL weren’t ready. They said “give us five minutes.” I am writing this review as I await my medications in enormous pain, and it’s been fifteen minutes already ?????UPDATE:Another 10 minutes passed and I stepped up to the window to check if everything was ok and the cashier said “oh yeah it’s been ready” ? HOWEVER everything was not ready: they had entered an incorrect address on two of my three prescriptions and then they proceeded to quiz me about myself (which would’ve been kinda fun had I not been in the worst pain of my life) but for some reason my answers weren’t enough and they went to the back for another 10 minutes to deliberate. At this point I was seeing stars so I begged them to just give me one where the address was correct (one of them was correct and two were wrong) but they said NO ? they said to wait another 20 minutes to which I asked if I could just leave (to get my groceries for dinner down the street) and come back in that amount of time but they said no AGAIN ??? they said “sir please sit down, it will just be 5 minutes” (which I now know means anything from 20 minutes to 3 hours here) ???

I recently visited Walls Green Pharmacy and was disheartened by the service I received. My encounter with the african american staff member at the checkout counter was notably unpleasant. The individual, who was my main point of contact, displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy that one would expect in a customer service setting. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer and questioned the overall commitment of the store to its clientele. To the Owner: I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, attributes that were sorely missing in my visit. I urge you to consider this feedback as a constructive opportunity to evaluate and improve the training and customer service ethos among your team. A positive change can transform a customer's experience from dissatisfactory to exceptional, fostering loyalty and a supportive community around your business. To Future Customers: While I hope my experience was an isolated incident, it's important to share that it significantly impacted my view of Walls Green Pharmacy. I encourage potential patrons to consider this review and perhaps look for experiences shared by others to make an informed decision about patronizing this establishment. In conclusion, while I wanted to support Walls Green Pharmacy, my recent visit compels me not to recommend it based on the level of service I encountered. I hope this feedback serves as a catalyst for improvement, making Walls Green Pharmacy a place where all customers can feel respected and valued in the future.

Today, December 12, around 8 pm, I was making a purchase at the Walgreens at 4170 Camino Real, and I witnessed an unfortunate event. What happened was that while I was in line to pay for my products, there was a boy making a purchase for an application, I don't know which one it was, but when I tried to pay, the application card and the ATM, which was from dark skin (just to identify him) he treated him very badly, he told him that he had to get out of the line because he was delaying the other customers, but he told him in a very rude way... the young man got out of the line and did it again the line and when he went to pay again the cashier did not want to charge him, he told him to leave the items and leave. The cashier apparently doesn't like it or has a problem with the people who work on the applications, because he had it searched and after he left the young man said all those people should leave and stop bothering them. The young man didn't know how to speak English very well and it seems that the cashier was bothered by that too.In my opinion the young man was very attentive and he was still doing a great job for the application but the cashier was rude and I would say racist..

Racist treatment by the cashier. He did not want to charge a young man and told him to leave his products on the table and tried to confiscate it. Today, Tuesday, December 12, 2023, time at approximately 8:10 pm. People like that cannot be allowed working in our community. It made me sick to see that attitude, if I were about 20 years younger I would put that young man in his place. Palo Alto Walgreens near the Tesla and Volvo dealerships on the Camino Real.

Some of the employees are really rude, and there is even one employee (I can’t remember the name, but he joined in 2023) who harasses the customers; seemingly forces them to have an awkward conversation with him, and then if you try to leave, it feels really awkward. I was definitely shaken up after that and felt very uncomfortable around this man. While I was in the store, this exact same employee was seemingly harassing another customer about their presence at the store, as well.

Being that I'm from out of state, I didn't realize they didn't sell cigarettes. Which is perfectly fine. Policy is policy which I respect. However, this is how my experience went.Me: "Sir, do you sell cigarettes?"Employee: "NO! and I'm glad we don't!" We do have a lot of Covid shots! "Me: "Oh, OK, do you know where I could buy some? BTW, I already got my Covid Booster, thanks."Employee: "No! I know it might be a simple inconvenience to you but, cigarettes are a huge inconvenience to the rest of us!"Me: "Ohhhhhhhh, OK, well you have a good night sir."As I'm walking outEmployee: "That's the problem, all you cigarettes smokers have no consideration for the elderly! "I'm not a scientist, and I don't know how cigarette smokers affect the Covid rates but this person was completely unprofessional and should not work a job that deals with communicating with other people. ??????????

This is for the pharmacy staff! They are friendly and they really do their job well, especially under what I can imagine to be a very demanding number of people who they serve, as well as probably very demanding customers in Palo Alto area. They are fast, efficient but they take the time to listen to me when I have any kind of insurance issue etc. Thank you pharmacy staff!!!

Worst experience ever in this location! We live 2 min walk from this branch, but it's so awful that we avoid this location and go to another location bit far from our house. They are rude and they lie! They didn't fill our prescriptions properly and we stopped going to their pharmacy. Went for my daughter's passport photo and realized it was a mistake again! I had to visit them three times the guy kept saying they don't stamp back of the photo (which is required). I checked with other branch (where they do stamp) and challenged the guy then only he put the stamp! Total wastage of time!

The pharmacy at this store is terrible. They're often late to fill prescriptions and sometime don't even have the medicine. Often, nobody picks up the phone after many minutes of boring music. I've found that I have to make the trip to 1905 El Camino Walgreens which always seems to have the prescribed medicines.

After years of using the Maybell Walgreens pharmacy, we will be switching. The surprising rudeness by both the cashier and pharmacist was too much. My Dr. placed 2 prescriptions at this Walgreens which the cashier initially confirmed and said one was ready and one was still in process. While I waited, Walgreens sent me a text confirming 2 prescriptions. After standing in line again to pick-up the 2 Rxs, the same cashier told me that the Dr. did not order a 2nd Rx. I called the Dr.'s office (now closed) and learned that 2 Rxs had, in fact, been sent to this Walgreens. I asked the Pharmacist to speak to the Dr. The Pharmacist ignored my request for assistance, refusing to even acknowledge that I was standing 3 feet in front of her. Finally, the Pharmacist's curtly replied, "We don't take calls on personal phones." I stood in line a 3rd time within the hour where now the same cashier admitted, "We are working on the 2nd prescription." I asked how long the wait would be and she ignored me until I asked multiple times. I don't know if this is typical of weekend Walgreens service, but patients picking up essential meds are customers too.

This Walgreens is expensive if it wasn't in walking distance, I would go to any other location. The pharmacy is always busy and it takes 25 min everytime. I've attempted to pick up from the drive thru and it's even worse. There's no service and you can't even hear them when there is.

The oldman on check out is so slow, I understand he is on duty and time works for him but people are busy to waste time in line ??♂️
