last month and this monthmy dr faxed a prescription here. No automated call, no warning except when i went there to inquire they told me they were out today n on back order. They also told all their pharmacies won’t confirm to patients (only doctors) if they have it in stock unless they have the prescription. This necessitated my calling the dr to cancel and xfer the prescription to yet another pharmacy. This occurred 2 months in a row !!

I like coming here to get my photos developed! The staff is pretty efficient. Staff is very helpful and when my order has issues they take care of it quickly!

I had become fond of this store over the years. Yes, it is overpriced, but they sometimes have discounts. Yes, the pharmacy is very busy, but (other than one person) they are all trying like crazy to do the best job possible. So I would save up my shopping, and wander through, and fill up a cart with stuff that I could get elsewhere, and then pay for it and push my cart to my car. That is, I would shop. But I can't do that anymore. Many of their carts were getting stolen, so now you can't take your cart out of the store. At all. It is physically impossible to do so because of the new cart design; they've attached a long pole to each cart which is blocked by the ceiling of the entrance. This means that the store has become a Monkey Jar Trap. Like a monkey who sticks his hand in a jar to get a treat, but then can't pull his hand out because the treat is in his hand and so the jar opening is now too small, their shoppers now have no way to get their purchases out of the store and to their car, unless they are only getting a few small things. Yes, you can ask the cashier to carry your purchases, but I do not see cashiers as being my servants and so I will not do that. So I will need to do most of my shopping elsewhere. Maybe the expense of the cart theft is so high that they won't care that they are losing people who buy a lot.

This place turned into a fiasco for me ??i waa visiting for a few weeks , attending events at nearby Stanford campus, and i started getting a check engine light (CEL) for my Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF). SO I went to eBay to search for the part, and found one. But before I ordered it, I called this FedEx/ Walgreens & asked if i could have it delivered there for me. The young fellow said "Sure, no problem". So I went ahead and ordered it . The next day I notice the seller switched from FedEx to UPS ( & still later UPS handed it off to USPS).Meanwhile I called back to Walgreens & this time a lady answered (turns out she's the manager named Madeline) & asked if they would accept the package ? from USPS and if I could still pick it up. Her loud emotional response left me in a state of inner turmoil. I was stunned & shocked by her demeanor. First, she raised her voice and said "You sent a package to MY ADDRESS⁉️" as if it was her personal home address (I'm pretty sure she doesn't own the store nor lives there).So already I was already alarmed at her sense of excessive entitlement just because she's the manager. Then she screeched "That's illegal. It's illegal" blah blah . I told her that one of the store employees had given me the okay. She screeched again "He misinformed you". Everything she said was spoken on a tone as if this was a 911 emergency. I finally just hung up, it was so upsetting and out-of-control on her part. So I tried to stop shipping but the eBay seller said it was too late.The item was eventually delivered to the Walgreens but I didn't even try to go pick it up. I didn't want to go anywhere near this place after the conversation with Madeline. I sent a complaint to Walgreens corporate and told them no matter how much she thinks this is her store, she still has a Legal Obligation to "Return to Sender" .Eventually the package ? apparently was returned to sender but without the requisite "return label" eBay provides in such cases. It will probably get back to the seller eventually but they weren't sounding very promising that I would get a refund without the refund return label.The only good thing to come from all of this is that eBay stood up and said that given the circumstances, they would refund me OUT OF THEIR OWN POCKET.Thank you eBay ?. Shame on Madeline most of all ?. Your behavior and tone was unacceptable.

The pharmacy is terrible. Long lines everytime I've been there. They called me 2 weeks later to tell me a prescription was on back order and to visit another pharmacy. They are incompetent.

Do not go here if you are in a hurry or need help finding stuff If you Hwang a band aid u need to go to the back of the store. This is a common item & should be nearer the front Check out is a nightmare & the clerks should call for help if they need back up

The pharmacy here is always so slow. Always takes at least 20 minutes in line. And my prescription was sent by my doctor at 12:30 yesterday and it took until this morning to be ready. When I come to pick it up, they have voided one because it's available OTC and insisted that I buy it. Going next door to Safeway to buy it and will never return to this place.Update: same day I had my physician transfer my prescription to CVS at Target and had no problem picking it up there. Very shady practice by Walgreens to increase revenues. Whether it comes from the top or it was a store decision, it's not ok to do that to patients/customers.

Didn’t have a good experience with the associate named Hazel just now. I was there before 8 and I was told she couldn’t take my passport photo because it’s 8. It was one min to eight because I was waiting for help to the photo counter. When I told her I called and confirmed with associate named Chris that they would take the photo. Then she grudgingly proceeded.

I usually will find myself walking to this location to pick up meds from the pharmacy. The times I drop by vary but usually it may be weekday mornings or weekends. And there is usually no line or there is maybe one person in front. After your turn, The process of picking up meds is relatively fast and easy like "bang bang .. 6-4-3 .. two ... double play"

This pharmacy doesn't even answer their phones so I couldn't even start on square one. When I called, I had to go through several prompts. Then my call went to a phone service that routed to pharmacy techs off-site. The tech told me that they can handle the bulk of the calls. For me it was just more wait time for me because I needed to know if a certain vaccine was in stock. Then after wasting my time, the tech routed me to the pharmacy. The phone rang about 40 times and then it disconnected me. There was no attempt to pick up the phone. There was no attempt to ask me to hold. I will not be getting any prescriptions at any Walgreens. My time is valuable. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Hopeless staff!! Wasted 1 hr for Photo Services. Went here for US Passport size photos for my kid and found the staff having little to no clue about the Kiosk usage. One of the kiosks doesn’t work. 1. I waited for 10 minutes for the photo staff to attend 2. The staff has no idea about how to take newborn passport photo 3. The staff doesn’t know how to edit the photo in Photoshop (random cuts on baby’s photo) not US Passport standard 4. Horrible response from the staff after all the drama.
