Staff are friendly and get good marks for that, but service is unbelievably slow. Despite filling out all forms online in advance, and no queue, it took over an hour for them to process my vaccines. One and a half hours of wait including the wait to get the shot. I assumed it was a fluke, but then one week late I had the same experience with achingly slow service for my child’s vaccine. It wasn’t a one-off. Avoid this place for vaccines if you can.

Picked up prescriptions three times. One time via drive-thru which was quick and uncomplicated. Two times via the in-person counter. Can get really busy sometimes.

Possibly the least efficient pharmacy/drug store ever. How is it possible to get in line for a scheduled vaccination, have the person scheduled for the slot behind you in line arrive 15 min later and they still end up getting their shot before you. Forget about arriving 10 min before your appointment. And there was no line. If you thought that was fun, wait until you try purchasing something regularly - comedy of errors.

This is my favorite pharmacy. The pharmacists and techs are always helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I made the switch from CVS and never looked back. Highly recommend.

Poor service. I went for my Covid booster and had to wait 30 mins past my appointment time because they're not staffed. While I waited in the confined area, two people came in coughing saying they wanted Covid tests because they had been exposed to Covid and were symptomatic. So the place where I'm most likely to catch Covid is the 30min wait before I get the vaccine? Always a wait whenever I go - for anything. I go to other locations unless it's necessary. Not staff fault, just poor management.

The Asian worker that works at the pharmacy during night time on Thursday is extremely rude and lied to me and refused to fill one of my prescriptions. I even showed her I got the same eye drops from the same pharmacy a month ago. I even called MediCal and MediCal said they cover it. She tried to lie saying MediCal doesn't cover it and refused to give me my eye drops. She then started yelling at me and harassing me. I started filming it to protect myself and next thing she threatens to call the police even though she is the one that lied and refused to fill my medicine. Don't go to this Walgreens unless you want them to treat you like an animal and refuse to give you your prescriptions. Absolutely horrible and ridiculous. Don't waste your time and money here.

This is for the pharmacy staff! They are friendly and they really do their job well, especially under what I can imagine to be a very demanding number of people who they serve, as well as probably very demanding customers in Palo Alto area. They are fast, efficient but they take the time to listen to me when I have any kind of insurance issue etc. Thank you pharmacy staff!!!

The pharmacy at this store is terrible. They're often late to fill prescriptions and sometime don't even have the medicine. Often, nobody picks up the phone after many minutes of boring music. I've found that I have to make the trip to 1905 El Camino Walgreens which always seems to have the prescribed medicines.
