Vuori is one of luxury activewears competing with other two brands in Stanford shopping center. Cannot say whose product quality is the best, but definitely Vuori’s sales associate is on the top in terms of customer services.I visited Vuori several times. The staff is always friendly, showed willing to help, but not aggressive and pushy. One of the recent visits, I tried to find an item that’s sold out from online. I showed the item to one of the staff Noah. There was no inventory at store as expected. However, Noah was going beyond and called both Santana Row and SF stores. Eventually I am able to get the item which I didn’t hold much hope before visiting. Kudos Noah!Afterall, Vuori’s DreamKnits is super comfortable and definitely will go back to purchase more

Worst customer service here today. Workers were goofing off. They never checked in on me in the fitting room to get a size I needed. But all is well. I went next door to Alo and the staff was really friendly and I found what I needed.

One of the VERY few shops at the Stanford shopping center with staff that's helpful and accommodating. Also found the employees at this location to be much more helpful than at the Santana Row store. Last year, when I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, one of the employees even pulled up a little stool for me to sit on while my husband tried on pants. My husband can be very picky with materials/features/colors, and they were happy to discuss his options, even advising him which other brands and stores to check out for the specific running shorts he wanted.

I don't know anyone who don't like Vuori clothing. I always get compliments when I wear their stuff. Not me, the clothing! So the Palo Alto store is located in the Stanford Shopping Center. The service is great! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The store has a good selection of colors and sizes, but don't expect it to be there long. Due to their popularity, it may be limited to online sales to get what you want. The Palo Alto store is a good location if you're in the area to shop at an upscale mall.

Trila was incredible !! She helped me with a very complicated return, and then helped me with the new member discount being applied to a very large purchase. I love the store, especially the shorts and the jogger pants. I truly wear nothing other than this when I'm traveling or at home.I also recommend the jumpsuits, even if you think you're not a jumpsuit person. I love mine, and I wear it all the time with everything from a leather jacket to Jean jacket to sweaters. Thanks Trila!

3 staff standing around gossiping about customers at Noon on a Sunday amongst each other With a store full of customers. Love the brand. Won't be back. I suggest you skip it as well. Too bad they make grreat product but can't hire correctly. I give the store 6 months before they close it. What a shame. What a sham.

Awkward checkout experience. Attendant wouldn't give me promotional product at first, even though I was qualified, then made me feel like I was stealing. She put one item into the bag without ringing it up the first time then made me feel like I should have known better? Not a good experience. Plenty of other comfortable clothing retailers in the area will offer real hospitality, look around!

Clothes aside, I love these people. They are truly the nicest people. I bought a jacket that did not fit and could not make it back for 4 months. Not a problem. They returned it and made sure to search the store up and down to find me the right size.
