I’ve had consistent quality issues with Vince products, and Vince has consistently refused to take responsibility.Avoid Vince if you prefer your clothing to last more than a few months.

I went to this store location for an interview, and the dirty looks as soon as my left foot entered the store were palatable. As an older African-American woman, I know this feeling and look. The manager never came from out back; however, I left soon after because I wouldn't want to work for a company that does racial profiling. This area is full of snobby, arrogant people, and there aren't many Blacks in Palo Alto (if any). It saddens me when I see Black models working for these brands and companies that treat Black patrons as if they will steal.

The two Asian sales associates today did not even greet me when I entered the store, continued to be silent the entire time when I was browsing. In case you wonder if it was because the store was busy, I was the only customer. I have always liked Vince clothing but will not return to this store, much rather shop online.

Vince shipping and customer service is beyond terrible. If I could give '0' stars, I would. They say they shipped your item and give you a shipping label and then it just sits in their warehouse for days and they actually charged my card when it never shipped! Then they outright lie to you when you finally do get a email response. This time they said that Fed Ex never came to pick up for 3 days! Fed Ex laughed when I told them that. And the phone line never works so forget that. It has been an entire week now and no movement on the shipment out of their warehouse. Save yourself alot of trouble and do not shop Online with Vince. I started a Claim dispute with my bank already.

Like everyone else here, I can say to please stay away from cashmere. Quality is horrible. I barely wore my sweater and multiple holes started to appear. I tried fixing holes myself but just too many. Spend too much money for simple sweater that was defective. Even my cashmere from Macy's is better quality and will have one small hole in 3 years.

Disappointed. I had a quick question regarding a size because they're having a sale which returns are not allowed. I drove 35 min here and got here at 5:55. There were two people inside but they locked their door and didn't even try to come help me at the door when they saw me standing there.

I bought my husband cashmere joggers for 475.00. After he'd worn them less than 5-6 times they developed pills all over like you would expect in a cheap brand. When I wrote to them they suggested buying a pill remover gadget. Very bad service. Cheap cashmere. Way overpriced!

I have bought several blouses I can wear a medium everywhere but the arms and I buy large & Xlarge still sleeves too small for my arms so I guess I will give up on ever buying this brand again.

bought a dress online, the dress does not fit, the rep said return is not allowed for final sales item. We were not aware of such policy. This is not right, i.e. how would a customer know if it fits or not from the website without trying it on first ? I would stay away from this brand.

I like their styles. But, I bought 2 Vince sweaters, a cashmere and a wool. Both of them fell apart. I wore the cashmere cardigan 1x. It was never cleaned. The sweater was pulled on the backside. I took it to the tailor and dry cleaners. They could not fix it. I decided to give Vince a second chance. So, I purchased a wool sweater. It was itchy. So, I had it dry cleaned. I never wore it. After one dry cleaning, the material looked awful. I called the local Vince store in the Domain and spoke with the manager Stephen, without seeing a picture or the sweater, he blamed the dry cleaners and insisted this has never been reported before, which is hard to believe. I have been using this dry cleaners for years. I have had lots of cashmere wool sweaters by other designers cleaned here. I have never had a problem. If I went to the worst dry cleaners in town, the fabric should hold up better than 1 cleaning. For the Vince cardigan that fell apart without dry cleaning, I am not sure how Stephen would explain this. I will no longer be purchasing Vince clothing. For high end clothing, they don't stand by their products. Customer service is terrible. There are better quality clothing at this price point.

Terrible sales in Stanford shopping center store , especially this lady in the picture with black hair , tall . Around age 50 maybe. After talked with my friends , We are not the only one doesn't like her ! She was very pushy . If you didn't buy any clothes she will ignore you at all , very rude, no manners , not professional. We love Vince clothes by spend a few thousands dollars in different location but we decide not coming back this store because this lady's attitude . Unfortunately . We are always seeing her there. Sometimes we have to call each other to make sure she is not on duty then we decide to go . Shopping should be fun and pleasure, why you made us a bad day ?Sorry to say it .The lady in the picture . You should think if you likes your job or not , at least we don't like you and not coming back .

Although their styles are great, their quality is lacking. Every T shirt I've ever owned develops tiny holes just after a few wears. The Company does not stand behind their products and thinks there is nothing wrong with their manufacturered products. Won't buy their products again.
