Found this shop on Google, and am extremely pleased. There is excellent communication from the shop, the flowers were beautiful and delivered very timely, and as a nice touch, my message that went out wasn't just printed but was handwritten by the shop giving the entire flower arrangement a warm personal touch.

I ordered flowers from Village Flower Shoppe for the first time today. After waking up to a message from Menlo Botanica saying they couldn't fulfill my order because they didn't have flowers. I live in New York City and couldn't believe a birthday arrangement was not feasible at the stores opening. Lucky for me I came across Village Flower Shoppe's page and their beautiful arrangements. Within a couple hours my friend texted me thank you for the beautiful flowers and hand written card! Talk about excellent customer service in 2023! They will be my new go to florist! If you live in the Bay Area and want someone you can trust, choose them for every occasion!

Village Flower Shoppe deserves a bouquet of praises! Their flower delivery not only brightened my boyfriend's day but also "rose" to the occasion with style. The included card was the perfect touch to "stem" the tide of missing each other. Their attention to detail and the "bloom-tiful" arrangement left a lasting impression. One of the few sites that offered a dozen red roses as an option for online ordering (other sites seemed to only have mixed bouquets). For this purpose only red roses would do. Not cheap, but they were delivered promptly on the day specified, and the recipient was very happy with the color and freshness.

The best service!!! I wish everyone were like them!!!It's Valentine's day, the busiest day of the year, and I screwed up the delivery address!!! They were too kind and so nice! They called me to let me know that I made a mistake. Then, they stayed with me on the phone until I got the correct address, and redelivered!!!!! FOR NO EXTRA CHARGES!!! I was shocked at how nice they were about it!!! It is not the first time we ordered with them, and I highly recommend their shop!It's always wonderful to deal with them, and you will enjoy their beautiful work!!!

You know how when you order flowers online and you have them delivered and are at the mercy of the unknown and been disappointed when the intended recipient sends you a pic of the flowers sent and it wasn't what you were expecting at all? This is NOT the case with the Village Flower Shop. The flowers sent were absolutely gorgeous and brightened the day of someone who's day needed some brightening. On a scale of 1-10 they were a 100. Absolutely gorgeous. They will be my first choice for sure when sending flowers on the Peninsula.

Wanting to send a plant to a friend in Palo Alto, I searched the web for a good quality shop. Photos on the web site looked classy, and the reviews affirmed my hunch that this was a good bet. I ordered easily online and signed 13 names to the gift, as this was a group effort. Response was swift, and, although I can’t see the plant, I feel confident that I made a good choice.
