Complete lack of costumer service. We came to shop for a plan for Apple Watch . The store rep who saw us, without any greeting or explanation, motioned to the front. Only after some wait did we realize there was a check in pad to sign in and wait for a text when it's our turn. One hour after placing our name on the list, during which we were able to visit both the nearby T mobile and AT&T store, (and found out about their plans and still had time to get ice cream), we finally received a text we're next in line. After heading back to the store and got told by the rep someone will be w us shortly, two other reps then attended to two customers who walked in after us that flagged the reps down . The rep we approached about us being skipped over after one hour of waiting was curt and rude. We ended up purchasing our stand alone data plan for our son's Apple Watch from T mobile just a block down the street for a great price in under 10 minutes with amazing customer service (turns out Verizon doesn't even have a smart watch plan that's not linked to a cell phone plan, something the rep could have just answered in a minute). My advice is to avoid this store or if you must visit it, forget about the check in system which they don't honor and be prepared to be aggressive and cut in line to get help.

DO NOT COME TO THIS VERIZON STORE! They say on the phone it's a "Corporate Store" so I was directed here and the manager Michael is no help at all. He didn't want to say anything, doesn't talk. I had Verizon on my speaker phone and he didn't want to talk to them. Compete waste of time. Spent another hour and fifteen minutes on the phone with Verizon while here and there was still no resolution. I mentioned switching to another carrier and Michael then said "let me know if I can help with that". I don't know if Michael is not happy here but he should not be in Management of any kind. Yes the store is empty, go to ATT, very good customer service and my new plan is just great! No hassles and bye bye Verizon thanks to Michael at the Palo Alto store. I was a Verizon customer since 1997!

I went in this store in Saturday Aug 5 and was attended to promptly and with a lot of personal friendliness. Tori helped me look over a few plans with upgrades and trade in values for our phones.I returned on Aug 7 and Tori helped me organize our family getting new phones and a better plan. One thing that should have been better organized is the trade in. It is not simple, and now there is no record on my bill that we can mail in the old phones.I have spent several hours on the phone and I am sent to chat bots that can not resolve this. I had expected Verizon to do better on the trade in part.Tori is excellent.. and her service is top.

Good, prompt, friendly service. The only downside was the time it takes to switch from a postpaid to a prepaid account. I switched from a multi-user postpaid account to my own single-user prepaid account. They told me I have to wait 48 hours before I can log into My Verizon with my new prepaid account. However, Verizon phone support said it is 30-day wait.

My husband and I decided to stop by the store today to look at our options about upgrading his phone. We were blessed to have Cristian take care of us. He is the store manager and he was amazing. He was very informative, patient and efficient, not pushy at all. He also had good communication skills and was a people person. He was able to bond with us very easy and gave us time to think and decide what we wanted to do. He also told us the deals that were going on and the headphones being on discount for the phone my husband got which we got a sweet deal on thanks to Christian telling us. Highly recommend this store and asking for Christian next time you’re there.(also lots of food and ice cream next door).

Total and complete incompetence. There is a reason this store is empty and the other stores in town are full. Go there, not here. Cannot recommend this store for anything related to cell phones or service.

The store employee who signed me up said he was giving me two months of free Verizon Protect and would cancel once it once the trial ended. To my surprise, there was no trial, and I was charged $34 per month as soon as I signed up.

Reminds me of the DMV but with better tech. As a decades long customer who decided to move to a small business plan I thought I'd get more support from Verizon. Overall I've had to visit the store three times and still don't have a phone. No one communicates with me even though they said they would. I don't have lots of time to waste but at this store it feels like that's the exception.

Wow! Verizon started charging to set up devices. I already paid 1300 for a device. You want $30 more dollars to do what? I'm over this company. Xfinity here I come!

I can recommend this store without reservation: I had a network issue with a tablet that was needed for field work, and connecting to a new service provider was impossible. Both Jay and Kevin did outstanding troubleshooting, and in a few minutes the device was fully fixed and ready for action, saving the day for a client who was in town to view some car navigation demos. A great job by this team, thanks again.

Horrible customer service at this Verizon store on University Ave., in Palo Alto, CA which necessitated my calls to Verizon customer service about porting over data and apps to my new phone. Cheryl in customer service at their 800 number was wonderful in explaining the new process. Your associates in the store were rude and condescending to my wife who is not tech savvy. We were surprised about the new $30 fee for transferring data to a new phone. All your associate had to do was say, "let's just break open the box and I'll get it going for you and I can check in if you need help while I'm helping other customers as the technology as improved making data transfer easy." Further, the store was not busy which made the lack of customer service non-sensical. I am doing the port now and I see how easy it has become. It's literally a few minutes of answering some questions and selecting some terms and agreements and then the data starts transferring. So, the question is, why does upper management think rudely turning away a customer who just bought a new iPhone Pro is better business than me spending 45 minutes with Cheryl in customer service airing my grievances? Was that really worth $30 to Verizon's bottom line? So, my "2" is not because of Cheryl, she was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My "2" is for your upper management that thinks a $30 fee to assist in data transfer makes good business sense. It does not. I have an idea. Why doesn't upper management go observe what's going on in your stores before making penny-wise / pound foolish decisions.

Dropped by for a prepaid card, within 10 minutes I had a fully functioning SIM card in my phone. Manager Chris was very kind and efficient! I would personally recommend this store to anyone as I have been here several times with good experiences every time. Happy holidays!
