The Verizon store is short-staffed, causing delays in customer service. Even for basic purchases like a phone case, customers may wait up to an hour on a good day, let alone for more complex needs.

Beware of Verizon Palo Alto
My recent encounter with the Verizon store in Palo Alto left me utterly dismayed, prompting me to share the full extent of my experience. Brace yourselves for a no-holds-barred account of the rudeness, incompetence, and questionable practices that unfolded on January 12, 2024.
Walking into the store, I was greeted by a young lady with an attitude colder than the Palo Alto weather. Despite my polite demeanor and account verification, she managed to mess up not once but twice. First, she charged me for an iPhone 15 case instead of my replacement phone's size. Second, after a series of frustrating exchanges, she handed me a 15 Pro Max case for my 14 Pro Max. If that wasn't enough, she forced it onto my phone after I decided to call it quits.
Fast forward to my return visit, where I encountered a young man with a curly mullet and faux rings, looking like a Gen Z poster boy clone. Little did I know, appearances can be deceiving. As I attempted to return the case, his demeanor took a nosedive upon seeing multiple transactions on my receipt. Suddenly, he insisted on accessing my personal bank account to verify the transactions, a bizarre and invasive request that I flat-out refused.
The ordeal continued as I was kept at the front of the store while the representative consulted with a manager. The manager, a bald man, approached with an air of dismissiveness, maintaining a considerable distance. As I approached him to ask about store policy, I caught wind of His stank breath, and to my horror, he had dried blood-soaked toilet paper on his chin from a shave cut that he couldn't be bothered to remove.
The manager, who seemed to embody indifference, eventually offered a resolution in the form of a gift card, completely ignoring my request to return the original payment to my card. When questioned about Verizon's policy on requesting customers' bank information, he shockingly admitted to the practice, but only if the customer wanted a cash refund.
In the end, I left the store with a gift card, my original tender nowhere in sight. This review serves as a cautionary tale for anyone contemplating a visit to the Palo Alto Verizon store. From rudeness and incompetence to bizarre requests for personal information and a manager with questionable hygiene, this establishment is a prime example of everything a customer experience should not be.

We stopped by today to get information on a plan for 2 lines, and DIEGO was theeeeeee best! Thank you for having professional and helpful staff! It's definitely a difference from my stop before here at a Verizon on El Camino, I believe.
I hope we can make our transfer soon!

3rd party company, contracted with verizon to set you up with all your wireless needs. They have some screen protectors and cases and other accessories that you cannot get at the corporate verizon stores, and the service is much faster.
We had the folks here install the liquid glass (9h hardness!) for our new phones' screens, and got our cases online.
If you have any verizon needs or questions, this little shop is a faster, friendlier way to get your needs met.

Verizon told me to return device to a store by phone. Just went to this store and get rejected. Asked to return to a victra also got rejected. Give both store one star. Remember always ask a return kit on the phone and do everything online or phone. Hope this comment helps.

Complete lack of costumer service. We came to shop for a plan for Apple Watch . The store rep who saw us, without any greeting or explanation, motioned to the front. Only after some wait did we realize there was a check in pad to sign in and wait for a text when it's our turn. One hour after placing our name on the list, during which we were able to visit both the nearby T mobile and AT&T store, (and found out about their plans and still had time to get ice cream), we finally received a text we're next in line. After heading back to the store and got told by the rep someone will be w us shortly, two other reps then attended to two customers who walked in after us that flagged the reps down . The rep we approached about us being skipped over after one hour of waiting was curt and rude. We ended up purchasing our stand alone data plan for our son's Apple Watch from T mobile just a block down the street for a great price in under 10 minutes with amazing customer service (turns out Verizon doesn't even have a smart watch plan that's not linked to a cell phone plan, something the rep could have just answered in a minute). My advice is to avoid this store or if you must visit it, forget about the check in system which they don't honor and be prepared to be aggressive and cut in line to get help.

DO NOT COME TO THIS VERIZON STORE! They say on the phone it's a "Corporate Store" so I was directed here and the manager Michael is no help at all. He didn't want to say anything, doesn't talk. I had Verizon on my speaker phone and he didn't want to talk to them. Compete waste of time. Spent another hour and fifteen minutes on the phone with Verizon while here and there was still no resolution. I mentioned switching to another carrier and Michael then said "let me know if I can help with that". I don't know if Michael is not happy here but he should not be in Management of any kind. Yes the store is empty, go to ATT, very good customer service and my new plan is just great! No hassles and bye bye Verizon thanks to Michael at the Palo Alto store. I was a Verizon customer since 1997!

I went in this store in Saturday Aug 5 and was attended to promptly and with a lot of personal friendliness. Tori helped me look over a few plans with upgrades and trade in values for our phones.I returned on Aug 7 and Tori helped me organize our family getting new phones and a better plan. One thing that should have been better organized is the trade in. It is not simple, and now there is no record on my bill that we can mail in the old phones.I have spent several hours on the phone and I am sent to chat bots that can not resolve this. I had expected Verizon to do better on the trade in part.Tori is excellent.. and her service is top.

Good, prompt, friendly service. The only downside was the time it takes to switch from a postpaid to a prepaid account. I switched from a multi-user postpaid account to my own single-user prepaid account. They told me I have to wait 48 hours before I can log into My Verizon with my new prepaid account. However, Verizon phone support said it is 30-day wait.

Bad service, they don't give solutions and they treat you with the paws. I bought Google pixel 7 pro and they did not respect promotions... Very bad service
