Nice and helpful employees, but very low stock on shoes. Tried to see four different styles, but they didn't have any, though I wear a very common size. The sale they're marketing now would be great, but it only applies to sale shoes, which isn't clear in the advertisement. I just ordered online.

Danielle was Nice and Very Helpful! She was welcoming and so helpful during my visit to the Vans store in Downtown Palo Alto during the Christmas Holiday 2022. She was helpful from beginning to the end.

Since 2009 or so, I have been shopping at this joint. I do custom work on my Vans, and it is important that I receive QUALITY, shoes. I don't always expect it, but I receive quality service as well. Whether it is online, over the phone or in person, the VANS store is a great balance of quality products with quality service. I met two workers this morning right when it opened. I was the only customer there but man they were super helpful, and allowed for good conversation. I am surprised I have never really reviewed this store. Pros: they are on a prominent street with lots of exposure. Cons: not really any to be honest. I mean, parking on University Avenue always sucks but there are free parking lots throughout the city so just put on some good walking shoes. Thank you for providing great, quality products with service to match.

The store is nice and clean. The staff is nice, attentive and knowledgeable. But the reason it's a 3 star is because the woman helping us, I think her name was sierra, didn't notice me looking and being that we were the only customers in the store, making the sign that she was hanging herself, which might mean she hates her job or she hated helping us. Either way unprofessional.

I can't speak to the actually store yet because I showed up at 10am, and they were not open. The sign on the door says they open at noon everyday, so someone needs to update things online.
