Extremely impatient lady at the counter. Came here because the review said the other staff was friendly and efficient.

Post office was located in a bizarrely obscure location. It took a kind fellow to point out where exactly the post office was. What’s more bizarre is that Google Maps directed me near the back door of the post office, which made finding the office itself challenging.

Bizarre experience. Very hard to find. Thought I was in the wrong place after wandering the buildings for a while. Finally a very kind man pointed me in the right direction. But then the post office employee almost didn’t serve me because I didn’t have a mask… I don’t carry one with me anymore because almost nowhere (including my doctor’s office) requires it. She did end up giving me postage and I got out of there quickly. It might be best if Google maps didn’t direct civilians to this location.

Came here to mail something across the country. The post office is tucked away in building 6 and you have to enter through a back entrance. Luckily I had asked another employee where to go and gave me a tip that it was in a building that looked like it wasn't open (haha). Once I was in the building, the signs were super helpful. The post office itself was small but it had everything you needed. The woman working there, Thu, was super helpful and even helped me figure out what box to use in order to save the most money. She even helped me with packaging too. Overall great service and I'm glad I am close to here for any mailing needs. Avoids the usual long lines for sure. FYI: there are no self kiosks so you will need to wait. However, it doesn't seem like a very busy office to begin with.

I'm sorry. Where is this alleged post office? I drove around for 30 mins, didn't find it. I've stopped and asked for directions twice. I was just told, it's here somewhere. Just annoyed I wasted my time.

A little hard to find (building 6), but the postman here is absolutely exceptional - amazing at his job, quick, efficient, high-energy, and tells great stories - this is probably the highest level of customer care I've received ANYWHERE which says a lot. Thank you :)

This post office is inside the large veterans association complex. It is not so easy to access if you're trying to just run in and run out. You have to drive into the campus and make an immediate right, then follow the road until you get to building 2. Once you park inside the parking structure, you need to go outside and find building 6. The office it's self is a very small, hole in the wall place. The postal associate working there is very friendly. But because there's only one person working, a line can quickly form and you could find yourself waiting a while.

Still open 10-2 M-F, as others mentioned it's adjacent to the loading bays in Building 6 across from MB4. Small office, but has packaging for priority mail and an excellent postman. Accepts credit cards.

What kind of customer service do you get when you put a government run post office inside a government run VA hospital? The really really bad one. I was there this afternoon, the guy behind the counter, short, short hair, with glasses, only knows two lines: 1) "No" 2) "We don't have it" for any questions I and another customer in front of me asked him. But he was helping a good looking women with her package earlier, the guy's attitude was just 180-degree opposite… So, what kind of customer service do you get when you put a government run post office inside a government run VA hospital? The really really bad one.

Its located by the loading docks of building 6, wedged between the whistle stop (va's onsite day care) and building mb4. Watch the hours, as its only open 10-2 The guy there is undoubtedly the best and fastest postal worker in the world.
