Great clothes, lousy service from all three people present (even if we were quite late, we came to buy the first pair of jeans for our newly very fashionable 14 year old, and left quite an amount of money).

Luciano the store manager is so not helpful and does not know California law. I had a gift card balance with .84 cents remaining and he refused to cash it out. Had to "lawyer up" to inform him he needs to follow the law not what he didn't wish to do...Also their online inventory is NOT up to date. First and last time ever shopping here.

My teenager loves shopping here. Friendly helpful staff. We found some fun Xmas gifts here. Good changing rooms also. Great place for a holiday outfit.

Came in to return something on 11/27 and did so successfully but the cashier boy in the front had some unnecessary attitude. He made a snarky remark about my comment on why I didn't want the product and it just reminded me why I never shop here. The teenage angst is real.
