Extremely rude staff, surcharging for simple services like notary and responding with absolute disrespectful comments. They act like they’re the only notary and shipping service in the area. Don’t plan to ever return and would recommend others never come to this location either. There are much friendlier staff at FedEx and other shipping and notary services. Worst experience ever. Especially Justin at the counter.

Really disappointing to find out that this location chooses to not accept USPS mail. They have mailboxes in the store, so they definitely get a postal worker stopping by everyday and other UPS store locations offer this service. It's a consistent issue I run into with these locations being independently owned, they get to make their own rules and it's a spin of the wheel if you get a good store nearby or a bad one.

I once made a mistake and had a form notarized for a credit card at thi place. Initially, it was filled out incorrectly by UPS, so it was rejected. When I approached them to rectify the issue, they wanted to charge me again. After some discussion, they waived the fee, but the form got rejected again!, and the credit card was closed. Why? Because when the credit card company inquired, they claimed that no one with the name on the notarized form had visited their office!!!
In had another issue with this UPS store; I returned an item to Amazon, but it never reached them. Amazon assumed I hadn't sent it back and charged me for the item again!!!
I strongly advise against using this UPS store unless you're prepared for unnecessary headaches.

Convenient location, but they charge $2.99 to print a single shipping label. I've never experienced this at any UPS store before and would have been OK paying the 49¢ page charge but they have a "minimum 5 minute computer time" to print one page. Clearly I won't be returning to this location!

The workers here were very helpful when the systems were a little slow. They provided good advice for me to return a warranty claim without having to pay for anything.

I went in the other day and was disappointed with the customer service. There were two young workers who seemed like they didn't want to help. One of them started to help, dismissed a question I had, and then skipped over me to help a different customer. I went to a different one and asked for help with emailing something and acted like it was a burden to give me the email address to the store. Fortunately I don't come here often, and based on my previous visit, I'll definitely avoid returning. Posting 2 stars because I had a neutral experience a different time so I'm giving a little benefit of the doubt.

I returned one Amazon item at this UPS store. Somehow they lost the package and I lost my $100. Besides, printing label here is ridiculously expensive.

Came to get a hundred pages printed. They closed at 7 and I got there at 6:30. Both Brian and Justin are professional and courteous. No sign of dissatisfaction for last minute walked in and into action immediately. They stepped up and got me out in less than 15 minutes. Kudos to them for their exemplary service!!

Conveniently located in a shopping center with a grocery store to make my shopping a bit easier. When I arrived there was a bit of a line but the employees seemed to keep things moving. Easy process to get it shipped, though there was a bit of confusion with the pricing. Shipped a package to New York and just got the confirmation it arrived on time. Thanks.

Staff attended to me immediately as soon as I walked in and got me at a great rate to ship some of my belongings. They were very responsive and friendly as I finished my transactions! Thank you Bryan and Justin!
