Albert goes above and beyond!
I fully entrust and can rely on the team at this store. Albert goes above and beyond to ensure myself and other customers are taken care of and when there is an issue he is attentive and follows up and takes care of business in a professional and sincere manner. UPS should be proud to have such high caliber representatives such as Albert who is the face of the company on the ground floor smiling and staying as long as necessary to complete the task despite unlikely being compensated for the additional time without hesitation or complaint. Thank you Albert for all you do!

Really disappointing to find out that this location chooses to not accept USPS mail. They have mailboxes in the store, so they definitely get a postal worker stopping by everyday and other UPS store locations offer this service. It's a consistent issue I run into with these locations being independently owned, they get to make their own rules and it's a spin of the wheel if you get a good store nearby or a bad one.

Only been here once, Sat 2/24, and was impressed. Arrived with my huge return box and forgot my label! The guy at the counter assured me I could try emailing it to their store email. I tried and that didn’t work - ran into an Amazon pw wall. He suggested I try again directly sending it from Amazon. I tried that several different ways to no avail, and was about to give up and go home and return with the label. He offered to look at it, and patiently navigated all the screens to get it done. Voila. I was already late to my nephew’s party and I was so grateful for this guy’s kindness - I ended up getting to my nephew’s event at the perfect time. It was my screw up and he made it all work. Thanks y’all.

I have been using the UPS branch for a long time. I have sent dozens of packages from the branch and received service from different employees. Many employees perform their duties with dedication and efficiency. The customer relations are at a satisfactory level. However, the behavior of the employee named ALBERT is terrible. He behaves incredibly unprofessionally and disrespectfully. He provides service to customers without adhering to the principle of equality. His speech is very rude. Once, while processing an Amazon return, he unnecessarily insisted on me buying a box and put me in an overcharged situation. Later, I talked to the business from which I bought the product. They informed me that I could return the item in same package I received, and there was no need for a new box. Similarly, next time I easily returned another package from same amazon company in another UPS without being pressured to buy an additional box.On another occasion, while my wife and I were using the tape, scissors and pen we owned , Albert accused us of stealing without making a payment, thinking that these items we using were the items for sale in the store.OMG! My wife and I watched this man in disappointment. These attitudes are unacceptable Please employ the people with more balanced and healthy mental character. These were the worst UPS experience we have had!

I was told that they couldn’t accept an Amazon return in the packaging that Amazon sent me the product. Your employee charged me $4.99 for a plastic bag to put my return into. I was told I could go back home to get another bag but that they wouldn’t take the return unless I bought their ups store bag.

I arrived at this store to quickly drop a package (already labeled, just needed to leave it at the counter). The employee was walking out and told me they’re closed. I asked if the house online are correct and he confirmed they were (6:30, and this was several minutes before).He closed the door rudely and walked away. There were several people outside waiting in line for ramen who reacted, appalled that the door was closed on me as I was essentially walking in.

The need to retrain their staff to not be so rude. I arrived at 828am (supposed to open at 830) and I walked in as the door was unlocked. guy came from the back aggressively asked what I was doing. I explained to him the door was unlocked and it was 830, don't you open at 830? He said the door shouldn't be unlocked, told me it is not 830 and asked me to leave. I went outside, stood there for a minute until he officially opened the store, then I did my business and left. I have no plans on coming back to this location if I can avoid it.

This Friday I went to shred about 20 papers in the shredding bin which has no sign that it apparently costs to shred papers. I was condescendingly told that "this is a business" and they charge for shredding even though there is no sign saying that. I ship about 20 packages a month from this store. It's like a bad episode from Clerks. Will not be back, but of course the owner will not care unless you also do not visit the the store any longer.

Albert and the entire staff are always super helpful and friendly! Best UPS location, Ive been to.
