I went at 3pm and pickup is around 4pm... It was overflowing with packages stacked all around it. My package did get picked up, but it made me nervous.

The drop box is at the entrance of the Stanford Medical School Office Building. From what I can tell, it seems to be the only one in the area. As of this posting, "last pick-up time" is at 4pm. Hope this info helps.
