I used this UPS store many times. No issue for standard Amazon returns. But if you run into non-standard request or issue, don't expect problem to be resolved. Employees just repeat the same statement and do not fix the problem.

Bad customer service, i was in at morning, the big guy is only one working. i was return a air purifier, and i use the original box, and the guy ask me to get another box. I said that is how it came, he refused to ship for me. He also use curse language. This kind person should be fired!!!!

Went here for a mobile notary service with a senior citizen with mobility issues after calling and ascertaining availability. All they could do was cut a sorry figure and say that they apologize for the miscommunication and turned us away. Turns out even the folks who work there are not on the same page as one another. It's almost inexcusable to make a senior commute 30 min after confirming availability of the notary.

Placing multiple box at front and person lazy walk to front and ask you move all box to the back. Very rude altitudes I ever seen for so many years visiting UPS store.

Absolutely horrible customer service - always tell you to get (or buy) new boxes to return stuff. Haven’t seen this issue anywhere - I take the same return box elsewhere and they happily accept it.

Had a recent easy-peasy Amazon return drop-off. In and out in less than a minute. Plus they handle my Chairish Drop-Off-and-Go orders. These take a bit more time, but they get the job done and the items (often large and/or breakable) arrive in perfect condition.
