I love shopping at the store for the men in my life. I recently bought a shirt for my daughters boyfriend for Xmas. I gave two shirts in different sizes to see which fit better and wanted them back so I could wrap them as presents. He did not want to give one back because he liked it so much. I finally convinced him to return it. He's very fit but a little muscular and loved the slim, large fit. It's now a joke in our family that it's his favorite shirt to my daughters annoyance. Really terrific staff at the palo Alto location. I have also purchased several very nice dresses for myself. These are some of my favorite dressy casual's.

While I've found "Untucked" shirts at Kohls and Macy's at very reasonable prices (about $30), the quality and variety at this shop was superior to those found at the others stores. Service was good and they have a nice seating area (couches) and bottled water in case you need to wait for someone. No pressure sales but very helpful staff at this location.

Highly recommend this store. Manuel was so helpful and got the perfect shirts in the right size which my husband absolutely loved! When we went to the store, there about 6 other customers and Manuel was so helpful and got each of us what we needed so efficiently and effectively (some had items to return/exchange and other new purchases). I was truly impressed with the customer service and the style and quality of the products!

Hello? Made special trip for Black Friday Sale. Received several emails with the promotions. Website and Hours say OPEN. Signs inside Store mentions the Black Friday Sale "Storewide". Get this, at 1:30pm it's Locked Shut! I hung around one hour hoping someone was on break and would return but no. While I waited, many other customers came to the shop and left. At least put a note on front window informing customers of the closure. Totally Unacceptable

I love the products the shirts are simply amazing!! Wrinkle free cotton comes out of the dryer looking like new. The cuts are perfect looking But this store has the unfriendliest staff I've ever seen anywhere. There is only one lady who is helpful. The store manager he seems to be detesting every person that walks in the store. I got cold looks on my return of one shirt when I stocked up on five. UNTUCKit, you have a great product and I absolutely will keep buying your shirts, but please do a store survey. Two points removed for the store personnel attitude

Usually I have a great time at this shop. Really enjoy their products. Today I actually got left standing there and the sales associate went on to help somebody else. I decided to give up on finding the right size and move on.
