Just finished with job training and already been signed for the shifts to start working. All staff are so helpful so professional to get the new comers off the ground. The key is a national wide agency, so if we relocated to other states, we can just request to be transferred, it really can make life much easier when relocating!

Being new to care giving, I don’t know what to expect. I never thought that I will become a care giver but to my surprise, I really enjoyed it. I’m always excited to meet the clients and always have a happy story to tell my girls. The Key and the managers are very accommodating to all my needs. We have had a wonderful experience getting our last minute needs accommodated. Nick M is professional, compassionate, and easily reachable. He’s a great communicator and has been able to understand our needs and match us to amazing caregivers. I love The Key because they always give me working and payrolls on time so that I don’t worry about the bills. Likewise my managers Chynna and Jennifer were very friendly and helpful for help us with login and logout for the swifts or extra shifts on the weekends. Also The Key officers very responsible and respected to the clients when the clients need help or answers the some questions. Indeed, I am so proud when I am working at The Key that makes me improve my career in caregiver and how to do all best for clients. ❤️❤️❤️
