Bring your earplugs! You can hear people in the neighboring rooms speaking in normal, indoor voices through the walls.

The room is clean and staffs are nice. The elevator to the garage is not working which is very inconvenient. Luckily there is also parking above ground.

The design of the outside of the building is not good. It looks like apartments with no balcony and U shape so that you look at the windows of the other rooms. Absolutely no view and very closed in. Can't believe they charged over $500 a night. We thought we were going to stay in luxury. This is not a luxury hotel at all. I have stayed a Fair Field Inns nicer then this. The toilet is not separated ( water room) in the bathroom so if you are taking a bath or showering, no one has privacy. Vanity is extremely simple and basic. Would not stay here again for more than $200 per night . Keys to rooms don't work and elevator is extremely slow.
Rooms: Not luxury at all and over priced. Clean and basic. No view, and like an appartment.
Nearby activities: Close to shopping and dinning - walking distance
Walkability: Close to a lot
Noteworthy details: You are paying for the location- Overpriced

Air conditioning is not great (was a heat wave in CA) Other then that the hotel is grand. Clean and staff are friendly

My husband booked this place for Independence Day weekend as he predicted the hotel might not be too crowded and he was right . We loved empty pool which was pretty warm and hot jacuzzi. My daughter and I played in the pool for few hours in the evening and the next morning.
The room was really clean and staff were all welcoming and friendly.
The breakfast foods in hotel were subpar while service was great. We ended up having breakfast here because we felt too lazy to walk to Palo Alto downtown but the hotel is actually very walkable to downtown.

The service has been amazing. Rooms are clean, there’s no loud noises, and it’s in walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and the train. Only thing to note, if you’re gluten/dairy free, there isn’t much to eat for breakfast.

Perfect location with amazing staff and nice rooms. The outdoor pool is heated, and they offer free mountain bikes and complimentary water in the lobby. There are great walking trails, and Stanford is very close. The Stanford Shopping Center, an outdoor mall, is within walking distance. On the other side, University Ave (Palo Alto downtown) is also within walking distance and offers tons of food options. I recommend Watercourse Way for nearby relaxation. I didn't eat at the hotel but bought groceries and ate out—Oren's Hummus is amazing.

Excellent location for those who have work in Stanford or Palo Alto.
Rooms: Good beds. Not a lot of space but quite ok.

This is a nice hotel right near downtown, Stanford, and PA High School. Rooms and lobby are nice, and the pool area is comfortable. There are various outdoor nooks where you can get cozy and chill out for a while. Coffee bar is open until the afternoon.

Kept up with the Westin reputation. Room is spacious and clean. Restroom has 2 levels of lighting, shower and separate tub. Plenty of places to hang and reuse towels. Trash can has a dedicated recycle area. Free bottles of water in the lobby and a complimentary reusable water bottle in the room which can be filled up in the ice machine area. Room 214 overlook the pool. Plenty of natural light and ample lights in the room as well (some hotel rooms have 1 light in the restroom and 1-2 in the room which makes it darker than scary movie settings but not here!). I'd definitely stay here again if it was closer to my office)the traffic is horrible).

Fabulous room! They really take care of the details (bath salts, PB cups, lavender oil, etc). We asked for a crib, and it was already set up when we arrived.

This hotel is probably the best in the south bay area in terms of service. They are very polite, especially a tall gentleman. However, there is a middle-aged woman at the front desk whose service attitude is not good, which led to me being double pre-authorized and took a long time to cancel. The rooms are stylish, but some of them have noisy bathroom fans.

Great location, clean rooms, good service. They upgrade the bathrooms recently and they are fantastic now
