We paid $170,000 in 2017 for a Tesla SP100D. And I think that included extra for an extended Warranty. Tesla has the WORST Service communications of ny car dealer we've ever dealt with. If you buy a Tesla....just pray that you NEVER NEED SERVICE.

The staff were very helpful and informative, especially thanks to Jackson for his support.

Do not buy a Tesla. You get nowhere near stated mileage, tires need to be replaced constantly and markups on basic repairs are ridiculous. Customer support is non existent. Do not make the mistake I did, read the reviews. Never buy a Tesla!

Danielle Menlo is an excellent Tesla advsior at Palo Altos. She has great knowledge on the product, compassionate for customers who are new to Tesla electrical vehicles. During my visit there, she was helping an old couple and she was very patient and answered every question and help them in everyway. She is very kind and passionate at her work. In the last few days, she answered all my questions either by text or phone; for questions she did not know, she reached out to technical experts for their help and get back to me. During the test drive, she went through every detail as if we were family. Tesla is very fortunate to have someone like Danielle. We bought the Model Y because of her and the way she treated every customer. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in Tesla to ask for Danielle.

Bargain grocery outlet service wrapped with luxury prices with low intelligence customer service led by moronic management.

Delivery and customer service experience is beyond horrible from Tesla. I've now lost a lot of respect and confidence for Tesla and their cars. They have absolute zero care for their customers and only care about themselves. Not sure if I will ever order another vehicle from Tesla in the future.

DON'T TAKE DELIVERY OF YOUR TESLA ALL have panel alignment issues especially the model Y's. They will provide you with false promises they will fix them if you take delivery. Eventually the service center will just tell you it's 'with in spec'. Now i'm stuck with a car with defects. Not to mention I waited 1 year for my order the following month after taking delivery they start offering $7,500 discounts + 10,000 miles free super charging. I called to see if they would honor it considering my situation and they didn't. I've never been so disappointed owning a new car. I regret having a Tesla. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I purchased a model y in Nov of 2021. The original ship date was May of 2022. Then June, then July, then September now October 2022. They have never provided any explanation for the push out. They are selling and shipping other cars in a month. I feel swindled by them and think they are doing this in hopes I cancel because there have been several price increases or hope I upgrade to a higher priced vehicle. Truly a poorly run business model that is just taking advantage of consumers. I would not have purchased this if they originally stated it was a 11 month delivery timeframe but they only would provide updates after I could make informed decisions and now it seems so close but it has pushed out 6 times after hit the ship date which was even more frustrating. Their customer support cannot provide any real info and only state what the new ship date is which is clearly not real.

I went for a test drive of model Y there. Not much staff and it was almost unfurnished. It was probably a temporary or a new place.

We recently placed an order for a Tesla Model 3. There was a $250 advance deposit which we were told at the time is refundable if we changed our minds. We decided against purchasing a Tesla and yesterday asked for a refund. We were told that the $250 was not refundable ! We of course were disappointed but do understand sales people can make errors. On the other hand the response was cold, abrupt and impolite. The person in charge did not even apologize for the misunderstanding and treated us as if the error was ours when it was theirs All in all the experience was a bummer. I'd personally avoid the place. The upside is that we were treated beautifully at Broadway VW in Redwood city and will purchase a 2023 VW ID.4.

I went to the Stanford shopping center and was going to go to Tesla to look around. When we got to the store it was all closed up and they had a sign out front saying that they had moved to another spot at the center. We couldn't find there new location and ended up not being able to go. I give this Tesla location 3 stars because of the inconvenience.
