I am so impressed by how the owner of this store takes care of her customers. She spent a lot of time with my boys to explain them why certain strings are better for them and how to select tennis equipment according to individual needs. We were visiting from SLC, utah and stumbled upon this store and left with an amazing experience. She gave my boys a crazy deal on tennis bag and I am grateful for such kind people who are not just about business and money but experience and teaching. Highly recommend this place.

This shop would deserve 5 stars if not for the guy called Caden. He was superbly rude, dismissive and unhelpful when I called to clarify the specs on the tennis equipment my wife just bought from him, worth over $300. Hung up on me and followed with a text to my cell banning shopping with them. Simply outrageous. All the negative reviews for this shop are owned by this guy, which is a pity because he’s the owner’s son.

Super friendly and personalized service. All the staff is knowledgeable and don't hesitate to spend the time to help you. Great selection of tennis and pickleball equipments, and fast turnaround for stringing tennis racket. Go check-out this family-owned shop if you haven't yet.

Good thing: they have same day and express stringing service. Staff are friendly.
However, the stringing service for my racquet was bad. I got express stringing and natural gut for around $110. The string started to move around after a few hits. Balls are not easy to control. After 4 months of playing (1-2 times a week), the tension went from 53lbs to less than 40 lbs. This is really not the quality I expected. For stringing, find somewhere else.

This store is the reason Amazon will not put physical stores out of business. The owner, Timy, is kind, fair, responsive and helpful. She is her customers' advocate and really listens to their needs. I will definitely shop there more.

Best tennis store in the Bay Area!! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. They take care of their customers and are truly tennis experts. I’ve bought multiple rackets from them as well as numerous re-stringing and it has always been a terrific experience!

Go here instead of online stores. They price match and there’s loads better advice and service! Timmy and the whole team is very knowledgeable. I had a great experience on their racket demo program and also trading in my old racket

Caden has helped us a couple of times and is so knowledgeable about the merchandise and the needs of tennis players. I really find his positive energy and helpfulness a great and unique experience.

Got completely opposite recommendations to the same questions on two visits to the store, before and after the sale.The first visit:Me: My wrists hurt when playing. What could it be?Them: Its likely that the racket needs to be restrung. (On seeing the racket) ah, see, the strings on the racket move/slide. They are not supposed to. They should be restrung.Me: ok. Which string do I need?Them: Don't worry about it. We know the right string to use.The following week I picked up the racket. I played with it a couple of times and then went into the store again.The second visit (me talking to a different salesperson at the store):Me: The strings move/slide again after just a couple days of play.Them: That is to be expected. The strings lose tension quickly. There is nothing wrong with that!Me: Could the stringing be related to my wrist hurting?Them: The stringing should not make a difference to the wrist hurting!Them: We must have asked you 2-3 questions to help figure out the right string to use (they did not)!Them: You have a very good string in there!

Timi and team were very patient as we tried 8 pairs of shoes, ultimately finding me the perfect fit! this tennis shop is high quality, family owned and warm to all. I will be back again and again.

I came in here to look at tennis racquets and when I asked the woman behind the counter for help, the first thing she said to me was "well are you just going to look or are you actually going to buy one?" And I think that says just about all there is to say about the type of establishment this is.
