These reviews are nuts. Don’t come shop here. The prices online are lower. You can try things out in the store then just buy online yourself. The staff is also often distracted on the phone or other things.

I’m giving five stars to the gentlemen helped me at the store whose name is Minh. I highly recommend to work with him. He was patient and guided us through our options patiently.
However, Tempur-Pedic really needs to work on their customer support (online and phone) and their bed bases quality.
Thanks Minh for the great experience, that’s how customer support should look like.

Minh was AMAZING.
We came in looking for a mattress topper and Minh took the time to tell us the different options and which one would best suit our needs. They didn't have any in stock but helped us make an online order. Our discount code didn't work so he helped us get that figured out so we left happy. His service was 10/10. Thank you Minh for your help, suggestions and efficiency.
