They did towed my car from Home Depot Palo Alto which was parked legally have pictures to prove that after argued with the guy who towed the car they did paint the curb in red next day to prove me something… Also they did charge 475$ for towing, it was less than 30 min parked at their space which is ridiculous.Service: Car towing

I'm so glad I called this place and they were so quick to answer my call and tow my car to a tire place! I had called triple A and Omg they wanted me to wait over two hours! Who has that kind of time?!? Not me!! And that's when I called sunrise and JR came to the rescue and with in 15-20 mins he was already there taking care of my car! I definitely recommend this place.

Henry he's an awesome guy very respectful very reasonable and his prices she has a pretty good selection of used cars that are for sale come see Henry if you need a car van or truck he might have it if you want to buy a fixer-upper he might have one of those two check in with him before going to his place of work...

I highly recommend Sunrise Towing!! After two towing companies never showing up, leaving me and truck all night on freeway Sunrise Tow came when they said! Not only that they stayed in contact with me the entire time from pick up to deliver. JR was a godsend. ?.Services: Special vehicle towing

Horrible service, would never recommend these guys. I set up a tow with them, they kept calling trying to get me to pay more money than they said and charged me for a tow. Then since I wouldn’t pay more they canceled my tow without telling me, and now 4 days later I’m still trying to get my money refunded to me.Stay far away!!!!!

JR was so calming and knowledgeable. My car would not start and he came out to jump it right away and gave me tips on how to keep it warm during COVID/colder months when not driving the car. He spent extra time helping to make sure everything else looked ok before he left. Really great company and JR is the best. Will definitely call again if I ever have any issues. Highly recommend!!!!

wouldn’t let me get anything from my car after they towed it from an accident, not even my house ley! and they charged me over $300 just a a 2-3 mile tow.

This is the worst towing company you can ever use. The person in charge identified himself as Junior. He is very RUDE and does not know how to talk to clients politely and respectfully. The place where they parked my car is just a piece of trash, extremely dirty and full of dust. They charged me $450 for towing my car for only 12 miles driving distance and they charged me one day of storage even though the car was picked just one hour after arriving to their spot. Don’t go to their place alone and get someone with you there, the place is isolated and I was scared while talking to the two employees over there, was about to call 911.Service: Car towing

Very despots and in these moments that serve to keep the Latin race united, unfortunately a few minutes of bad luck take away your fortnight, which with the sacrifices you make exceeds their price, my mother's truck didn't even last 3 hours in the place, and they made a charge. They say so exaggerated... the worst friend of a Latino is another Latino without values and respect... I had 2 experiences with them... and they are even mocking...
