Review for new management as of November 2023- horrific customer interface, lie about services and availability, worse than their incompetence is that they just don’t care. Couldn’t be bothered with emergencies. Now a hole in my ceiling, mold in my apartment, and lost packages that can never be replaced, basically ruined the holidays.

Nice place to live. There are 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi with BBQ that are nice to enjoy with friends. Sad they do not rent studio, the offer starts with 1 bedroom.

I've been living here for 5 years or more, but the new management company is a disaster. Paying 4k a month for a one bedroom you would think they have a front office that knows what they are doing. Greystar was ok, but the new folks are completely ghosting residents. We have rats in garages and even in homes. Open composing bins in the garbage area that are basically feeding dens. Maintenance doesn't respond in under three days (I'm told they are bringing in maintenance from a neighboring complex.). They want residents to volunteer for a resident complaint group to triage complaints to the office without pay (great idea to make other people do your work for you). And now all auto payments have stopped and all residents have to walk checks to the front office (usually unstaffed) every month. Front office doesn't know what is going on. Will be adding in an email and paper letter complaint to the management company, and whoever will listen, including any Stanford level admins I can find. Utterly dissapointed!

Stanford West is great! The apartments are new and nice. The layout feels more like a townhome community. The grounds, pools, and gym are lovely--making it feel like resort living. Proximity to the mall, Stanford, and wilderness trails are awesome. The staff are like friends and really care about us as residents; from maintenance (Jose & Travis) to leasing office staff (I've worked with Zoey, Mariatu, & Daisy) and administration (Harlan & Sara). All of this on top of the awesome community of people who live here, wow. My family and I couldn't be happier here!

Lived there a few years. The only thing to cheer about at Stanford West was resident services manager, Harlan. The leasing office was a revolving door for years, leaving the place in a constant state of flux, disarray, and unfamiliarity with all but the most basic procedures. Fortunately for residents, Harlan arrived on the scene with his fresh, unique set of skills and immediately began tidying up and mending relations with residents. He quickly earned trust with his kind, sincere, and responsive manner (unlike some former office employees who were openly condescending toward residents). I found Harlan to be an excellent listener--taking residents' concerns seriously, proposing meaningful suggestions/action plans as needed, and actually following through. He was a breath of fresh air at that crazy complex; hopefully he'll stick around, for residents' sake. (Five stars for Harlan, no stars for the complex.)

Lived at this place for almost 3 years;Pros: location, car parking, and well maintained outdoors and amenities (such as pool and fitness center).Cons: (alot of) thefts, noise from other apartments, high-rents, cheap kitchen and living room appliances, and poor dealings from leasing office staff and service staff.

These are more than apartments, with open design, windows looking over trees, sunlight, manicured sidewalks, tall trees, green spaces, well maintained roads, dumpsters and surroundings. And now adding gorgeous white roses and honey bees to the photos.

We've been here for almost a year and the service has gone significantly down when it comes to the leasing office. The maintenance team is wonderful and rectify issues quickly. But if you need anything from the leasing team, you'll be lucky if they even answer the office phone. Emails go unanswered and honestly they just don't seem to care about their residents anymore since COVID hit.***edited to say that I added on 2 stars from the initial 1 star rating because I received a call within a few hours of this review from the new manager Ashley. She was very personable and kind and gave me some insight letting me know new management has come in recently. She sounds like she cares a lot and will get things done and take care of residents. I am hopeful that good changes are to come!

Sadly, this place is not the same as it was a few years ago. We have been living @ Stanford West for 7+ years and the last 2 have been miserable. Rampant theft, disgruntled employees, Leasing office is not transparent or honest about changes.
