Bought three vape devices that were charged 5x of the price on the offical website and NONE of them is working properly. Waste of $75 and first time I encountered this.

So I went in the shop and bought a battery pack (backwood) for my vape. Button on the battery came out the same day and stopped working....employee made sure to remind me that all sales were final too. Frustrating to spend $30 for something cheaply made or defective....Awful experience, I would recommend another smoke shop down that same street.

So, my second time coming here. The first time I spoke w a lady. Very nice. She sold me an oil burner for the harsh oils I test that my friend makes. I paid w samsung pay bc she didnt want me to leave and not come back. Today I went in because I broke mine. I asked the Indian gentlemen up from and he said, "no we dont sell those here." I explained that he did and he was adamant to tell me no he doesn't. So, I started explain that I bought one before and the woman who sold it to me as well as I paid w my debit card. He then tells me she will be here after 7pm. But it is 3. I'm going to take it as him thinking I was a meth addict and buying it for that, instead of him being racist. Bc I would have also bought an oil burning attachment for my bong. I wont be back.

This 2019 racist climate is no Joke! I just spent 30 mins dealing with someone over a fronto leaf. Imagine being told you don't like it go somewhere else after you've been there with no problems... ever...this business is racist and doesn't belong open; if you buy a rotten, stale or old product you have a right to get a new one Period. You cannot take advantage of a person who has patronized your business for over a year. I'm done and the owner played the blame game and said if you don't like it go somewhere else, but didn't even apologize, thank you Jimmy or whatever your name is....

Overpriced compared to where I usually go, but I was in a pinch and the gentleman there was kind and helpful. They had what I needed and I'll return if I'm in a pinch again.

The guy was nice but buying juul pods is definitely a rip off at this store. $21 for a pack of pods regardless of flavor through juul and other local retailers, yet they charge $40 for most flavors here. Save your money!
