Great experience purchasing pillows. Kyle is very knowledgable and helpful, and allows you quiet time to test out the product. Definitely recommend. I also have a sleep number bed for 8 years and love it.

The pricing and tech can be somewhat intimidating (especially if you know NOTHING hardly about the company). Channing was knowledgeable, patient, and entertaining! He never seemed pushy or tried to upsell us. Only made recommendations based on what we told him about us. I’m sure these guys work on a commission but the interactions honestly felt genuine. My husband and I both LOVE our new climate 360 smart bed! Thank you Channing!

Kyle was great! My husband and I have been contemplating on buying a new bed for awhile now and went to another store before coming to Sleep Number. Right off the bat, Kyle's energy was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us all the info that we needed to make our decision. We took a day to think on it and came back looking for Kyle and closed the deal with him. We both agreed that it was his salesmanship and attitude that really convinced us to want to buy a sleep number.

I've had my sleep number for over a year now I bought the PS5 so I did spend a couple thousand dollars and basically what it boils down to is being an air mattress that regulates a certain number that's all it's really not that comfortable after a while I know a friend of mine got one and he threw it away just thought I'd give you my two cents.

I walked in to the store scared of how everything was going to go. But man, we were blown away by Kyles attention and interaction. We enjoyed his knowledge and help. We thought it was going to be like a car dealership and we were wrong. Kyle really cared about our needs and connected with us. We were looking to upgrade our mattress and invest in a system that would allow much more restful sleep. A friend suggested that Sleep Number would be worth checking out. We decided to visit the one here in Palo Alto. When my family arrived we were welcomed by the store manager, Matt and his staff. Immediately he began asking us what brought us in, what was important to our sleep and began reviewing what we had currently versus what we wanted to enhance. Before setting us up on the mattress test system, everything was sanitized (great to see this happening) and we were thoroughly guided through the varying levels of functionality, bed features and mechanics, comfort of use, etc. I might add that although the consultation was about 45 minutes long (and my toddler was running around) Matt and his team made sure we were comfortable, well educated on the products and didn't rush us into making any decisions that didn't fit our needs. We invested in the 360 i8 smart bed with the split mattress. Delivery and setup was easy (they even took our old mattress away!). After having this system for 2 months, I can honestly say our sleep has been restful! I love the app that explains my sleep patterns, suggestions for better sleep and even the ability to control my husband's side (he snores!) without disturbing his sleep. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with our investment and cannot thank Matt and his team enough for listening to our needs. If you're ready to invest in your health, gain restful sleep, have comforts that are individualized to your needs, then go visit Matt in Palo Alto for the best sleep system!

If you are looking for a smart bed/mattress or simply a set of sheet, look no further and stop by this location. I have the pleasure of working with Matt and his staff on multiple occasions during our visits. We are very pleased with the purchases and will certainly be back for any future bedding needs. Matt was patient and took time educating me on various mattresses. I really appreciate the time (2 hours including trying on diff mattresses) he took to aasist me before making a decision. If you are unable to stop by at the store, give them a call. Matt and his staff are just as helpful in person as they are on the phone. I highly recommend this location!!!

Love my new sleep number mattress! Good quality sleep means better health. I'm so glad that I made this investment. I'm able to sleep better and have no more backache after I got my sleep number mattress. It's amazing. Beside the adjustable mattress firmness, I also love the foot warming feature. It helps me to get into sleep easily. If you are considering to get a new mattress, go to sleep number. This branch has exceptional customer service especially from Matt. He is knowledgeable and patient. I appreciate his follow up after sales to make sure I'm happy with the product.
