I recently had the pleasure of visiting Shreve and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, Brandon was attentive and welcoming. He patiently guided me through the various collections, taking the time to understand my preferences and needs. His knowledge of the different models and their features was impressive, and he provided valuable insights that helped me make an informed decision. Brandon did a fantastic job showcasing their exquisite range of watches.
What stood out the most was Brandon's patience and professionalism. He answered all my questions with a smile and never made me feel rushed, even though I took my time to decide. His passion for watches and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.
Additionally, the manager Thor was also incredibly helpful and ensured that my visit was enjoyable. His leadership was evident in the smooth operation of the store and the excellent service provided by the staff.
Thanks to Brandon's outstanding service and Thor's management, I left Shreve with a watch that I absolutely love. If you're in the market for a new timepiece, I highly recommend visiting Shreve and asking for Brandon. You won't be disappointed!

Walked in on a whim with my fiancée and got to meet Miguel Reyes who was very knowledgeable and showed us various time pieces throughout the store and had a lovely chat. The pieces we were looking for weren’t in stock but the service they provided was wonderful and we felt very welcomed. We hope to be working more with Miguel in the future.

We love Shreve & Co! Awesome place to get jewelry and watches, with over the top customer support. I especially recommend working with Miguel Reyes!!! He is super nice, transparent, and responsive.

Brandon was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with my inquiries on a Rolex. It was my first experience being in a Rolex authorized dealer and Brandon made me feel comfortable while answering my questions. Though Shreve & Co. did not have the particular watch I was looking for, Brandon had no problem taking down my information, and told me he would notify me once the model became available again. He also had me try on other Rolex models just to see if I would be interested. Brandon is well versed in Rolex branding and history. I would definitely return to this store and recommend others who are interested in purchasing a Rolex visit as well.

I was referred by my good friend to set up an appointment with Erik R. from Shreve & Co. in Palo Alto, CA. since I was in the market for a luxury watch for my 40th birthday. I didn’t get a chance to give them a call for an appointment and I just happen to be in the area, so I stopped by as a walk-in client. Fortunately, it was Erik R. who welcomed my wife, my daughter, and I into the store. He was able to accommodate us and I was able to try on the timepieces that I was very interested in. Erik was able to answer all the questions I had, and even though I didn’t get to walk out of the store with the timepiece I wanted, Erik was able to make a wishlist for me. He also followed up with me the following day to let me know that he will try his best to secure a timepiece from my wishlist. If you or someone you know are in the market for a luxury timepiece, I highly recommend going to Shreve & Co. in Palo Alto, CA. for an overall positive experience.

I didn't know what to expect when showing up to talk about my Rolex interests as a first-time prospect but I'm glad it was Brandon whom I talked to. I had a great experience working with him for my purchase. He has a genuine personality and really took the time to understand my preferences and motivations. I never felt rushed talking to him and never felt as if I was just "any other customer" walking through the door. He was transparent about the supply and high demand for the piece I was looking for and was very responsive to me even after my visit.
A short time later, he gave me the call for exactly what I was looking for and much sooner than expected for this piece. He came through and didn't miss a single detail. Thanks, Brandon, for the memorable experience!

We had a very pleasant experience at Shreve Palo Alto. Erik, our sales associate, willingly spends time with us and lets us try on 2 watches and a necklace. He was very professional and courteous. Looking forward to doing business with them for sure.
