I can no longer, in good conscience, patronize Shake Shack. This chain has decided to open 15 new locations this year alone in Israel, an apartheid regime that is actively conducting a genocide. They decided to go through with this decision as the IDF systematically starves millions of Palestinians and restricts their access to clean drinking water. It is pure cruelty and indifference to cater to an occupying power as they bomb, invade, and torture indigenous populations in Palestine.

Tried to pay using their terminals and after several attempts I left. Later I found out my card was charged although I never received a purchase confirmation.

I hate writing this review because my experience at Shake Shack was less than ...Less than my experience in Shake Shack Manhattan, that's for sure as well as my experience at Shake Shack Brooklyn. This was my third and last try since they come to California. They have tablets on the wall so you can order from there. The trouble is they don't give you a way to have it your way so to speak. For example, wanted to pay for an extra piece of cheese on my burger and there's no way to do that.We had also asked for buns with no sauce which you couldn't do on the tablet, so a really nice employee there offered to do that for us. We saw she had a hard time communicating that to the kitchen. One of the buns did come out with the sauce. Had to ask for a plain one. We worked in restaurants for over 30 years so we have empathy for what the woman who was helping us had to deal with in talking to the kitchen. I give her credit for helping us since it's largely self serve. I don't recall her name but she was a young black woman with a really pretty headscarf. She was the one bright spot to the lunch. It just wasn't up to par. I'm bummed out because we were really excited when Shake Shack came to California. You know, if you go to McDonald's and ask for a quarter pounder with cheese no mustard, no salt, you get a fresh burger and you can get extra cheese on it. I hate to say it but a McDonald's burger ordered like that is better than what we got at Shake Shack and that was the consensus of all 3 of us.The shake was nice though. Not large but it was adequate, good taste.Parking: It's in the shopping center and there are plenty of spaces.Kid-friendliness: It's burger joint so yes kids are welcomeWheelchair accessibility: My mom has a chair and access was just fine.

Greasy fries.Low quality food.Hamburgers are small for the price.3 small burgers 3 fries no drinks for $50.I wouldn't recommend this place. In and out is 10 times better than this place. This place is a scamThis place has bad food and is very expensive for what they give you. It looks like kids meal. The potatoes come bathed in oil and the burgers are small. In and out is better than this place.I don't recommend it at all...

Ordering is self service and they charge a 10% tip by default. And you need to enter your phone number to place an order here.Service is pretty slow for a simple burger restaurant. I'd rather just go to McDonald's.

Tasty burgers and delicious fries. My young daughter, unsurprisingly, loved her cookies and cream shake.

There's a lot of hype about eating at this place, so I thought I'd give it a try..... nearly $22 with tip for a small burger, fries & fountain soda. Burger was tasty, but about the size of what one would expect in a kid's "Happy Meal.". For the food I ordered, the value just isn't there - there are too many competitors with similar food for a lot less money.Parking: Located in the Stanford Shopping Center - near unlimited parking.
